Description

The apartment has a Living Area of 30 sq m so it's spacious with comfortable seating and a cool balcony overlooking fields. Kitchen equipped with oven,hob,electric kettle,toaster, microwave,fridge and washing machine.Dining table and chairs and crockery provided;also cutlery and cooking utensils.

2 bedrooms((each 10m sq) 1with king size bed and the other with 1 single and 1 double bed.Linen and towels provided.Lots of wardrobe space and hangers provided.Both are cool even in summer if shutters and windows are open..If heat is intense king bedroom has fan and air conditioning is available in the other..The accomodation is generally cool due to sea breezes and it's location 1 minute from the beach..

It's a first floor apartment with 22 external steps and the parking space is at the bottom of the steps.You can park at the front of the apartment for short periods of time.Visitors to widow next door drive along there in the afternoon.She speaks hardly any English but likes to say hello.

There is no TV but the Sports bar close by has Sport and Cartoons available.They do English breakfast and Sunday Roast as well as snacks.

The beach is not sandy but it is lovely to swim in the sea although you need rubber shoes as its stony at the edge.Beach mats,towels and an umbrella are provided.There is a sandy beach 10 minutes walk away and a childrens' playground near it by the Lighthouse Art Cafe.Opposite is an E-Spa Hotel where you can use the swimming pool etc if you book a treatment.Watersports nearby too but you need your own equipment.

Walking in the area is very pleasant as there are pavements and sweet smelling bushes as well as some exotic plants and palm trees for a distance of 3 Km from the village of Pervolia and past the lighthouse.

There are often sea breezes so you will mostly be comfortable.

It's possible to walk for a good distance along the beach in both directions.

There are reasonably priced tavernas nearby and in the village of Pervolia a Km away.Most Tavernas give you starter dips and then fruit for Desert if you order a Main Course.Supermarket is near the T junction and lights where the dual carriageway to the Airport starts.Go straight at the lights and it's about 200m on the left and Lidl is on the edge of Kiti. There is a small foodmarket in Pervolia.

It is a healthy and relaxing environment where you can chill,walk and do Water Sports if you have your own equipment.You can do lessons in Larnaca.

Pervolia is only 8Km from Larnaca Airport and easy to drive to.It is also the same distance from the Motorway network and very good as a central location to tour Cyprus.Its only an hour to Mount Trudos with its monasteries and wonderful views and 50 Km to Nicosia.Golfand Tennis at Aphrodite Hills is 90 mins by car along Motorway and good roads.There is a camel Park nearby with a small zoo and camel rides in a pleasant setting with a cafe.

there is a daytime bus service from Pervolia village to Larnaca(evry 90 minutes between 7 and 4)You can catch buses to Nicosia,Limasol and Agi

ia Napa from near the Marina in Larnaca.

Larnaca's Finikoudis Beach and Mackenzie Beach are a 15 minute drive away with lovely paved walks,ice cream and coffee in profusion.KFC and Burger Bars as well as tavernas abound.If your plane lands early it may be a good idea to go to Mackenzie beach to relax while waiting for the apartment to be ready.There is an area with ample parking and many food outlets on the part of Mackenzie that borders the airport.Turn towards Larnaca at airport exit and drive towards Larnaca.After 3rd roundabout get into right lane and turn right at the lights where Mackenzy is signposted.Get into right lane and turn right at the roundabout.Ample carparking there and the entrance to Mackenzy is opposite.

To drive to Pervolia follow exit signs out of the Airport.After the roundabout stay in left lane and the slip road to Meneou, Kiti and PERVOLIA is about 300m immediately after the sliproad to the PETROL station.There is a GREEN signB4 immediately above the sliproad so go slowly and watch out for it.At the bottom of the downward sloping sliproad take 1st exit at roundabout forB4.Proceed along theB4 about1km to a set of TRAFFIC LIGHTS where you turn LEFT along a short sliproad.Watch for traffic coming from the right as it is not controlled by the lights.Proceed 300m to T junction and turn RIGHT.

Drive about 500 meters and after a speed bump take a left fork to Pervolia.Drive along for about 2 Km to a T junction and turn right.Go another 2Km to the lighthouse where there is a crossing and a sharp right hand bend.Carry on past a crossing and some villas and past some open land.Ammos Beach Village entrance is on the left on a bend just past the SNACKBAR sign and opposite a road mirror.

Drive into Ammos Beach Village and turn 1st RIGHT.Drive 300m to the end of the road and turn RIGHT over a kerb.Drive between the Mural wall &wall of villa on right.PARK.There is now a barrier in.

You can walk to local amenities including Pervolia (1km) where there is a bank and a small food market, 4 Tavernas a fish and chip shop.;also 2 take-aways.There's a bicycle hire shop and an Eastern massage institute and an opticians.Buses to Larnaca run from by the car park near the modern Greek orthodox Church .There's a doctor's but the nearest Pharmacy is in Kiti. The Surf and Sports Bar is 300m towards Pervolia.There is a Taverna next door to it which does dinner and take-aways.S and S Bar does English breakfast 11-1pm,snacks and Sunday Roast 11-5(need to book this) Fish Taverna and snack bar are 200m towards E Hotel and Faros Art cafe is opposite the E Hotel(1km). Larnaca is 11km (TOURIST INFO follow signs to Larnaca then Marina)

Keys available at the apartment where you will need to collect the key from the key safe.There is a barrier into the estate and the barrier fob is also in the key safe.You can avoid that barrier by turning sharp right as you enter and driving along the front past 2 blocks and 76 is the 3rd.The key safe is on the wall between At the Surf an Sports Bar Cartoons available for children am when no major sporting event on.They know the area well and speak good English Walking and swimming in the sea are lovely and you can walk along the beach too.Umbrella provided for sunbathing but its a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach by the Art Cafe.Central for touring Cyprus only 5km to motorways for Nicosia,Trudos Pafos and Agia Napa. but not North Cyprus..
