Full 2nd floor with its own private entrance.

2 bedrooms with Queen beds

2 bathrooms.

Bedrooms both have a queen bed with 2 nightstands, large closets and dressers.

Sofa in living room has a pull out bed.

Spacious living room with seating for 6+, plasma TV, DVD player, sat TV, free internet/Wi-Fi.

Modern kitchenette with mini fridge, burner, coffee maker, pots pans, kitchen ware glasses, mugs, forks, knives, spoons etc....

Large terrace overlooking the sea. 2 Lounge chairs for perfect sun bathing. Outdoor seating and table for 4 (with option for additional seating).

2 full bathrooms, fully stocked with hairdryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms include: Sink, medicine cabinet, cabinets, laundry basket, toilet, large showers, fresh towels.

Very comfortable space for a family or couple travelling.

Total square meters approximately over 100 meters interior with another 20 meters of terrace.

Guest Access

Separate private entrance with key to the apartment.

Apartment is the entire 2nd floor of our house.

You will have total privacy.

We offer a complimentary walking tour of the town showing you the ins and outs of Petrcane.

The Neighborhood

Small quiet beach town near to Zadar (15 minute drive)

If you want a peaceful perfect vacation by the sea - come to Petrcane.

We have a lighted paved waterfront promenade that runs over 2 kilometers long. A perfect way to end the day and eat an ice cream cone.

We have lovely beaches, nice places for coffee and plenty of restaurants cooking fish right out of the sea.

There is a harbor in front of the house. You can bring your boat and park it in front along with a beach to the right and left of us.

You are close to Punta Skala (15 minute walk on the sea) with a 5 star hotel with a Luxury Spa and world cuisine restaurants.

The cute town of Nin is a short drive or bus ride away.

Getting Around

The Town bus runs every 30 minutes going to and from to Zadar.

Our Roads are easy to navigate.

Why can't I call Ljuba (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ljuba (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
