Peyia Cottages B is a Luxury development in the heart of Peyia Village, it is walking distance from family friendly bars, restaurants, bakers, butchers and a large supermarket but still maintaining a peaceful and tranquil environment, this apartment is in a prime location so you can take in the tremendous views overlooking the mountains and sea as well as the large swimming pool (about 25m x 10m).

Peyia Cottages is fully air conditioned and has been furnished tastefully to the highest order with Solid Oak and Leather Furniture, and also has a 32 inch Flat Screen High Definition wall mounted TV with DVD Player, Bedroom 2 there is a 37inch HD Plasma with integrated DVD (a godsend if you have children).There is also a Playstation with 32 games. We have a roof terrace with stunning views of both mountain and the Sea which could be used for quiet Sunbathing or watching the sunset. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment and English Television, all the main channels and more.

There is a well stocked Kitchen with Ceramic Hob and Electric Oven, Kettle and Canisters for Coffee/Tea Sugar, 6 sets of Knives and Forks and most other Cutlery and chopping Knives, cups saucers and plates for 6. There is also a large Fridge with Freezer compartment. There is also a folding Airer for Wet clothes or Washing (along with a washing machine!) and plenty of cupboard space for food.

In the Living Area there are 2 Large comfortable Cream Leather Sofas (a 3-seater and a 2 Seater) one of which opens out to be a double bed. Affixed to the wall is the 37 inch TV with integrated DVD, Sony Playstation with 32 Games and a solid Oak coffee table. The Dining Area has an Oak Table with 4 Leather/Oak Chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools looking into the kitchen.

The Bedrooms have very large fitted wardrobes in each with locks on the windows in the children's/single bedroom for safety. The main bedroom has a 22 inch LCD Television with DVD. Bathroom has a frosted Window that lets in plenty of light and Shower complete with large frosted glass screen, basin, toilet with large mirror and shaving point with vanity light. There are 3 Air Conditioning Units (digital) one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living area(ice cold!!!) . Flooring is tiled throughout. There is a built in Safe to keep your belongings/passports in for peace of mind, also we have a water dispenser serving ice

Very Good

“Excellent village location with all amenities”

A relaxed village setting with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The appartment has everything that you could want and Amanda is very friendly and responsive. We vivited in September 2018 and June 2019 and my only regret is not booking for 2020 sooner as this is now booked up until Oct 2020 apart from the odd week here and there! Hardly surprising as the location and facilities are superb. Ideally you'll have a car if you want to explore further afield but if you just want a quiet, relaxing break there is plenty to do within walking distance,

“Great apartment”

We booked this for our first three generation holiday our granddaughter just 10 months old. Directions to the apartment were spot on, it was just like the photos and we had lots of space for 4 adults and an inquisitive baby. It was close to amenities, restaurant bars and supermarket and a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and very helpful.

I have just returned from an amazing 7 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Originally I was only booked for 5 nights, however I couldn’t bare to leave such a beautiful place so extended my stay for a further 2 nights! The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The outlook from both balconies is very pleasant and having one front and one back meant morning and afternoon sun could be equally enjoyed. The grounds are very well maintained and workers were seen daily tending to the pool and gardens. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this lovely apartment to anyone (although I would like to keep it a secret so I can visit whenever I wish again!) The owner responded very promptly to all queries and provided valuable information on local amenities, directions, ideas for places to visit etc. The village of Peyia is simply delightful, plenty of delicious, traditional restaurants to chose from with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere everywhere I went in the village was so welcoming and warm. Book with will not be disappointed :)

“Spacious Apartment with Spectacular Mountain & Sea Views”

My Husband & I recently stayed in this apartment for a short break with our young son & baby. The owners were so helpful from start to finish, providing excellent advice on how to get there from the airport, best local amenities and very kindly liaising with and arranging the hire of travel cot Highchair etc with a local company (Bo Peep Nursery Needs - beautiful sturdy equipment). This apartment is wonderfully spacious and airy and spotlessly clean throughout. There are 2 large balconies, one pool facing the other mountain facing, we enjoyed our coffee & beakfast in the mornings on the pool facing side and our evenings watching the stars over the mountains with a glass of wine - so relaxing. The complex itself is set in a peaceful area,with well tended gardens but within 5-10 mins walk of the villiage square with banks shops & restaurants etc- a 10 minute drive the other direction takes you to the lively bars and restaurants of coral bay and of course the wonderful golden sandy beach there, great for kids - It really is a fantastic base to enjoy your holiday from. I would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough.

How do damage deposits work?

If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
