Description

Overlooking the park-like garden, to the nearby sea to the hills of Peyia and the night lights of Paphos! A very nice, bright and cozy / modern furnished studio (40 sqm). So is A large kitchen, dining, living, sleeping room plus separate shower room. The bathroom has been completely renovated in December 2013, now has a large and floor-level shower. The equipment of the kitchen includes a refrigerator / freezer, 2 electric plates, microwave with grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and of course, crockery, cutlery, etc. The sleeping area also has a double bed of 180x200 cm, space for a baby travel bed, which for 5 € per day is often provided as well as an extra bed for the third person. The 32 "TV delivers mainly German but also international TV and radio channels and over the hotel's Wi-Fi router you can make free use of the Internet.

Although I am usually near, but I will not bother you. but that does not mean that we can not even together in the evening for a drink and chat ... if you like it then! Sheets, towels and beach towels are included; a change by agreement and necessary. Airport transfers are available for a fee. Paphos Airport 30 € Larnarca Airport 100 € (Prices are one-way)

House rules

Smoking Legally only outside. In the house are three sheepdogs. If your pets get on well with dogs, no problem. It is true that myself for children. Our dogs are very sweet, do not bite ... climate must be paid extra. If you want to use washing machine against fees 5 euros per machine.

Why can't I call Dirk (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dirk (the owner) a message.

If Dirk (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
