Its all about the Location, Location, Location.
Located in a Safe, Spacious, and Convenient location, Chinatown which is in the heart of everything! The Building is RIGHT NEXT to the Convention Center. Very close to many attractions ie Liberty bell, Independence hall, constitution center (about 5 blocks away), Reading terminal market, the Gallery Mall, City Hall, Top Restaurants, Old City, Society Hill, Art Museum, Reading Terminal Market, Northern Liberty, Hahnemann, and Pennsylvania University, and public transportation such as SEPTA, Regional rails, and Greyhound bus! Walking distance to Rittenhouse Square, shopping district, Avenue of the Arts, Kimmel Center and many more.

This is a NEW Building.
Great 2 Bedroom 1Bathroom apartment.

Some Features:
-This is for the entire apartment, NOT shared. You have the whole place to your self. (but I live really close by)
-Wood flooring throughout living area (no carpeting, except rugs to protect the floor)
-Open kitchen with all new Stainless Steel appliances (fridge and range)
-Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking and eating ware.
-Bedroom #1 has full size bed with an additional 1 person futon (see picture)
-Bedroom #2 just has a full size bed
-A Full Spacious bathroom with bathtub
-Central Heat and AC air unit
-Living area has a sofa convertible into full size bed
-Basic TV with local channels
-DVD player (please bring your own dvd's
-Coined-op Laundry in the basement of the building.

Additional Info:
-Sorry, NO elevator, walk-up only to 3rd floor.
-Sorry no pets allowed
-NO smoking inside the apartment
-NO parties please!
(sorry NO cable, just basic local tv)
- I do NOT have WIFI in the apartment, but there is wifi at the: Reading Terminal 1/2 block away opened til 6pm every day, TeaDo (a cafe/tea house type) 1 block away open til 11pm, Star bucks 2 block away. Other cafes with-in 3 block have free wifi as well. Please do not complain about not having wifi as this is noted very clearly.

-PARKING NOT included, but there are meter street parking outside the building (Sundays are free, no money required) or
garage parking, there is one right across my building they range from $15-20/day. There's the Hilton in-door garage 1/2 block over but I dont know their rates, if you're willing to walk a few blocks rates can be $5-$10 per day)

-Please bring you own towels, but they are available upon request in advance
-Clean Linens for the beds are provided

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Deb (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
