Description

Welcome to one of South Philly's neighborhoods rich in tradition! This is a beautiful 100 year old vintage south Philly rowhome. The home is perfect for large groups and families. Enter into a sunny vestibule with classic decorative tile which opens to a spacious living room with original hardwood flooring with walnut inlay, soaring high ceilings and a whitewashed decorative fireplace. Enjoy a movie night with Apple TV, HBO or the many channels on cable. Page through your favorite websites on the WiFi or stream your favorite Netflix movie. The formal dining room seats 8 comfortably and is perfect for dinner parties and entertaining. The kitchen boasts an Italian made soapstone countertop, a 9-foot island with seating and stainless steel appliances. The cheerfully painted powder room is tucked away in the back overlooking the back patio. The patio is quaint and ideal for BBQing or simply enjoying a cup of coffee with your morning paper. Take the staircase to the second floor and find four sunny bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds while the other two have full-size beds. The home easily sleeps 8. I also have a pack-n-play for a little one! The bathroom was recently renovated with vintage-inspired black and white tile. You'll find brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room located in the basement.

You'll love the neighborhood! Walk to favorite eateries such as South Philly Tap Room, Tap Room on 19, Ultimo, Potito's, Cacia's, L'Angelo's, Scannichio's, and the new central district brewing. East Passyunk is a short walk to many restaurants and bars, eclectic boutiques, coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, yoga studios and much more! Take the Broad Street Subway Southbound to the stadiums, just 5 minutes away, or take it northbound to center city and be there in 15 minutes. This home is easily accessible to all that Philly has to offer!
