Luxurious private villa in the south of Phuket just minutes from the beaches of Rawai and Nai Harn. Thai Villa 6 people, 3 large double bedrooms, large living room, beautiful swimming pool with spa, garden, garage.

Housing
Champagne is modern and luxurious villa, completely private, it can accommodate 6 people.
It has 3 large double bedrooms with dressing room and work area, a bathroom with walk-in shower for each room.
The kitchen is modern with a central island, fully equipped (oven, hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, water cooler ...).
The lounge is spacious and comfortable with large flat screen, satellite, DVD player ...
A lovely covered terrace facing the pool you can lunch at the shelter from the sun, garden furniture.
A magnificent swimming pool with spa area and outdoor shower.
Each room is equipped with individual climate control and ventilation.
You also received an automatic garage.
The villa is secure, built on a wooded and flowery with a large garden, no vis-à-vis, you will tighten quiet.
Access for passengers
You have an exclusive and unlimited access to the villa, there are no common areas.
Linens are provided and cleaning is included:
Change of towels three times a week, bed linen change once a week.

Unlimited Internet access and WiFi network included.

The area is very nice, quiet, there live.
There is a local market nearby, many stores and shops of all kinds. You will not miss anything.
There is also a local agency that offers many attractions (visit the islands, snorkeling, diving, jet sky, trek on elephant, zoo, quad biking, karting, rafting, shooting range ...) you have everything on square.

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
