Enjoying an elevated site on the edge of the popular coastal village of Pissouri, Apartment Aliana is an attractive 2-bedroomed apartment which can sleep 4 in air-conditioned comfort.

Tastefully appointed with quality furniture throughout, it has a walk-in kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is linked to an open-plan lounge/diner by means of a breakfast-bar and there are excellent views through the full-width sliding French windows over the large full-width balcony. The apartment has a connected telephone line allowing clients to receive calls from anywhere and to make unlimited, free on-island calls.

The 2 twin bedrooms are well appointed with fully fitted wardrobes and matching furniture; one has direct access to the balcony via French windows. The balcony has a dramatic, panoramic outlook primarily to the south and southeast providing uninterrupted views of the coastal and inland areas.

The shared use of an attractive nearby pool is available from April to October inclusive. Access to the unspoilt beach at Pissouri Bay is a pleasant 5 minute descending drive from the village. Car parking is provided in front of the property.

We also provide a full cooker (and small portable BBQ on the veranda), extensive cooking utensils, comfortable beds and a VERY good shower (over a full sized bath), quality crockery, glassware and furniture - a proper home-from-home.

If anything stops working or you happen to break something, please ring the agent and he will repair or replace it. Don't suffer in silence and don't leave anything broken for the next guest. We are happy to accept wear and tear!

The owners are not resident, but have a local agent on hand to prepare the apartment and attend to anything during guests' stay. Please, please contact him if you have any questions or worries as he is paid to help you throughout your stay! His details are provided in the apartment. After booking an access code will be supplied for the key box by the main door where the key is left. Everything else will be ready for your arrival, prepared earlier in the day by our housekeeper.

“All you could want”

The apartment was great, very comfortable and well equipped. The owners took trouble to ensure we were ok when we got lost arriving in the dark!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
