Beautiful and very spacious Bungalow-Townhouse right on the Oceans´ front, in the south of Tenerife - Playa de Las Americas.

Fully and comfortably equipped with American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, spacious living room-lounger with leather sofas and armchairs, 3 bathrooms, big terrace with green natural grass and great stone barbecue area, and magnific Ocean views, with comfortable furniture for outdoor recreation. Designed for a comfortable stay of up to 8 people.

There are two spectacular terraces, offering you unforgettable views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera. Incredibly beautiful sunset over the ocean will not leave you indifferent. The total area with the terraces is about 157 m2.

This bungalow has been upgraded to an excellent standard, and it is especially suitable for big families and/or groups of friends, for a complete relaxation and enjoying Tenerife´s magic climate.

Only 60 meters to a comfortable and quite long sandy Beach. Here you will find a famous Ocean´ Sports Club Nautico - Puerto Colón, where you can enjoy water-skiing, jet-skiing, bananas rides, parasailing, catamaran trips, whales & dolphins excursions, etc. There is also a small private marina, where you can practice or learn sailing, and where you can take boat trips, fishing and scuba diving.

Just 350m away is one of the best shopping centers in the south of the island - Commercial Centre "San Eugenio", which features a supermarket "Mercadona", dozens of shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, hairdressers, banks, etc.

Facilities on the resort include also a large swimming pool - heated, and separated kid´s pool, children's playground, convenient solarium with sun beds and hammocks, 24-hour Reception-service, laundry, hairdresser, bar-restaurant, baby-sitter. Secure parking is right there. There is a rental charge of 20£ per week for the wi-fi router and high-chair or cot, 139£ for the Villa cleaning for your arrival, and 250£ - refundable damage deposit paid when checking-in. Prefer sundау сhесk-in dауs. The closest beautiful sandy beach - La Pinta, is less then 60m away from your Townhouse.

The famous and longest beaches of Fanabe are about 10 minutes walking.


There are a total of 5 Golf courses in the South Tenerife, and your Townhouse is situated next to the main one - Las Americas Golf, and other three nearest are: Abama Golf is 15 km away, Golf Costa Adeje - 7 km, Golf del Sur - 12 km.

The famous and lovely local town of Los Cristianos is situated just 2 km away.

The fishing village of La Caleta, famous for its fresh fish´ restaurants, is just 5 km away.

There are a selection of: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, 2 banks, money exchange, tennis courts, excursions´ shop, Doctors and chemist, all just a few minutes walk from your Townhouse.

Convenient location and proximity to both the Ocean and sandy beaches activities, and the Canary towns and entertainments.

Here, in an atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy, you will be able to sunbathe under the warm Canarian sun, have a deep dive in the pool, cook delicious kebabs or Canarian-styled rabbit (Conejo al Salmorejo), or simply enjoy the beautiful Tenerife's climate.

Please do not instantly book and check with owner first, if any of these apply. Smoking is ONLY allowed on the terrace, with all the windows closed please.

“Great villa”

A great villa which is ideally located,near shops bars and the harbour. Just came home there was everything you could want at the villa, and the owner was just a call away and if you needed anything was there to help , would definitely recommend this villa .

Stayed here last week. Lovely clean property suitable for our party of 6 adults, 2 children and a small baby. Located right next to the harbour and within easy walking distance of everything. Victor was very welcoming and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again

The bungalow is very well located. Restaurants, shops, a sandy beach and a small shopping mall are close by. The bungalow was very clean and well maintained. The upper terrace had fantastic views of the sea and the harbor. The children enjoyed the pool area on a daily basis for several hours. Thanks to the owner. Juha from Finland.

Het was een "niet te vergeten" vakantie. Ik zou er zeker terug heen gaan, heel mooie omgeving. Dicht bij alles maar toch rustig. Wij hadden ook een heel goed contact met Victor! Tot binnenkort Victor!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
