The beautiful new complex of Playa de la Arena, just 800 meters from the sea and surrounded by luxury five-star hotel. It is built with quality materials and the finest finishes. Near the municipal sports complex with indoor pool and tennis courts.
Inside the complex: 2 swimming pools, playground, gardens.

The modern apartment

At first floor separeted kitchen, two bedrooms, one with suites bath, big sunny salon, and balcony more than 12 meters covered with awnings.

“Nice 3 Bedroom Apartment”

The apartment is nice, utilities provided are good and there is a BBQ on the balcony when it's not windy. Location is on the top of a steep hill and you can access the apartment through a garage door, it's about a 10-minute walk to the front row of shops near the sea but I would recommend getting a taxi back to the top if you're old as it could be a bit steep for you unless you're also renting a vehicle. There was a TV but obviously no English channels, however, the wifi was good enough to stream some movies on. Another family member rented another apartment from Yulia and apparently there was an issue but I had none.

Response from the manager Dear Louis, our apartment has a special receiver, through which we can watch about 20 channels of British television, and about 100 channels of other nationalities. Through the antenna of the complex you can watch 6 British channels. I found out that you had problems with television only now. Never in the time of your vacation did you send me

“Beautiful apartment with everything you could need”

The apartment is modern, clean, bright and comfortable. The main floor has two good sized bedrooms, one with a balcony, and a very well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher; the upper floor is almost another complete apartment, with a large sofa-bed, balcony, bbq & dining area. The views from both balconies are wonderful, looking out to sea. There is some noise from the hotel between the apartment & sea, but only during the day. In the evening & overnight it is really quiet. It has everything you could need while away, including 3 shower/bathrooms, and a washing machine. The number of bathrooms meant that there were no arguments between our teenagers when getting ready to go out :o) The pool area is clean & well kept, and wasn't overcrowded while we were there. It is not far to walk to the supermarket, although walking anywhere in this area involves hills. 10-15 minute walk to the areas where there are restaurants & bars. 30 minute walk to Los Gigantes harbour, where you can go on Whale & Dolphin watching trips - something that is definitely worth doing. The owner of the apartment was really helpful and friendly.

Had a great family holiday here. Sea views were amazing. Yulia (owner) was very helpful. Large supermarket very close by. Wif upstairs was fine....downstairs a bit patchy. Pool on site was clean and not crowded. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in this fabulous apartment in July for two weeks, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner who was more than happy to show us around the apartment and was also at the end of the phone if we needed.The wifi was a great bonus and kept the children entertained while we were in the apartment,the upstairs has a sofa bed which pulls out in seconds and allowed our teenage daughter to have her own space with own bathroom and individual wifi which I was told was amazing. The apartment had everything we could have wished for for the perfect holiday, the roof terrace was spectacular and the outside kitchen was amazing,the photos are true to form and will not disappoint.there is a lift from the car park which takes you right to the door which is useful. the pool area was very clean and not too busy which was perfect the apartments are all very secure and gated access is needed throughout the complex. Los gigantes is a short 5min drive away which we found lovely lots of activities to do should you want it.we hired a car for the duration of the holiday and it allowed us to investigate the island also helpful with the hills .if you have children I would certainly recommend siam Water park and Loro Parque and a visit to Mount Tiede a must. we will certainly be returning to this beautiful apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
