Getting around

Playa de las Americas. This property is situated on the very popular complex, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Communal pool is heated during the months of October through to May. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a number of sun lounger's for your enjoyment.

“Lovely partment, great location”

The apartment itself is very lovely and clean and the photos on the site are a good representation. My only one niggle was with the shower - it seemed to run out of hot water very quickly which left me having to have a cold shower - which is not needed in December! The above aside all the facilities are great and you wont get a better location. Celia and her husband were very welcoming and helped with any queries we had straight away Would recommend

Excellent well equipped Apartment in a good location. Close to all bars and restaurants. Lovely little bar and eatery on site situated around the pool area excellent food/ drink and good value. Apartment has great views from its balcony. Such a lovely touch from the owners, who made sure we had provisions on our arrival ( bread , milk, ham, cheese, beer etc) and who were contactable during our stay if any problems. It really did feel like home from home. Would definitely stay again in this beautiful apartment .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Celia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
