Its stunning sea views, with the Teide (3718 m) as a background, and absence of noise provides peace, tranquillity and regeneration.

Its lavish gardens with an impressive variety of plants and different corners give a taste of nostalgy.

The villa has two floors, Residencia A is the Top floor, it is completely independent, has its own private garden and lots of space indoor and outdoor to relax. The pool is shared between the two units.

Residencia A has three big double Bedrooms, a big living room, spacious kitchen, a porch and a beautiful wooden balcony.

This specious 410sqm villa has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. The maximum capacity is 14 persons but we offer the possibility of renting only the top floor with a special price for couples. A traditional canarian terrace offers outstanding views of the Atlantic ocean, The villa is very well equipped and staffed.

I stayed with my family 3 generations, 2 young children who enjoyed the huge pool, the house is very comfortable and specious, lush gardens surround you and the views are breath taking. the srevice is excellent, we had a great time, most probably will repeat!!

I stayed in Casa Chica for a week. It is a beautifully furnished and decorated villa situated in the middle of lush trees. There is a nice pool in the garden and extensive terraces for outside dining. The interior décor is very tasteful and the house is well equipped and comfortable. Playa de Santiago, the fishing village below is cosy and very friendly with some pleasant restaurants. The island is a haven for walking treks on the multitude of well signposted walking paths. With a good broadband, it is perfect for a blend of work and rest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Theresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
