Enjoy a new apartment facing the sea (small complex of 8 apartments) with private parking space. It consists of a room with 2 beds 90 x 200 (high quality new bedding), a living room with fitted kitchen, 1 sofa bed rapido (140 x 200) that will offer you the sleeping quality a real bed 1 direct view terrace on the sea with furniture. The sandy beach is located at 50 m in front of the residence. hiking trail GR 34. Nautical club in the port 300 m. All shops at 3 min drive (supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, bakery ...). Nearby restaurant. 30 min from Brest (Oceanopolis, white mill harbor, Brest harbor, museums ...) Many visits Lighthouse virgin island, the Abers, Ouessant, Mullein, Amusement Park The Récrée 3 Priests. Possibility to provide sheets and towels End of stay (in addition to the rental price). Other photos on request. Possibility to rent for the weekend out of season. No pets allowed. Smoking not allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gildas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
