Our cozy and warm family vacation home

Welcome to our family vacation home, a peaceful and lovely getaway nestled in Pocono Pines, just steps from Lake Naomi and a short two-hour drive New York City and Philadelphia. Our cozy and newly renovated and stunning vacation home is situated on a large private lot with over 1600 square feet of living space, it has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, a beautiful loft perfect for gaming. It sleeps up to 8 people.

The open area floor plan makes this a perfect location for family outings, trips with a with your friends, ski trips, or just a weekend escape for your family, this home has everything for just about everyone!

Our mountain home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The house a deck with views through the trees for outdoor dining near the new gas grill. Each room features premium bedding with ample blankets, comforters and quilts to keep you warm on crisp nights. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (soaps, shampoo/conditioners, hair dryers, etc). Bath and hand towels, extra linen is located in the linen closet in the washer dryer room. The Family room has a Bluetooth Amazon Alexa device connected to Polk Audio speakers for you to play your favorite tunes from your streaming devices or use the record player and records and WiFi internet access all around the house.

First Floor:

The first floor consists of a cozy family room with a wood fireplace, a 50-inch TV to relax and watch a move using your Netflix or Amazon Video accounts or the internet streaming box connected to the it, a music corner to enjoy some tunes at the end of the day. This welcoming and worm open floor plan has an eat-in kitchen which includes all appliances, utensils, and all amenities. The family room opens into a party deck and has a grill and plenty of seating for barbecues, or just kick back and take in the fresh air while drinking your favorite glass of wine or an ice-cold beer!

The first floor also has a kid’s bedroom with bunk beds perfect for a goodnight sleep from long day at the slopes or waterpark or the beautiful Timber Trail community lake. This floor also has a full bathroom.

Second Floor:

The second floor has 2 large bedrooms and 1 full Jack and Jill bathroom and ample closet space and a lot of natural light.

A linen closet and "laundry room" are in the hallway between the two bedrooms and has laundry supplies for your stay.

There is also a full home office and study area along with a cozy reading corner for your use if needed.


The loft is a perfect spot for kids and adults to play some Xbox One games, board games and has a full mattress and can be used as an extra bed to sleep.

The front doors open to a large patio with a grill, outdoor table and lounging chairs with an umbrella for warmer months.

Our home is in a private community. Guests are expected to act as a member of the community. We trust you would treat the home, our neighbors and the surrounding area as if it were your own personal residence - with care and respect.

The family vacation home and all of its outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay. We do not have membership to the Lake Naomi Clubhouse.

We've stocked the house with:

- Bedding: Organic cotton and linen sheets sets, Comforters with Duvet Covers, Quilts, Throws, wool blankets

- Extra Pillows and blankets in each bedroom

- Bath mats

- Bath and hand towels + washcloths

- Kitchen towels, oven mitts

- Hand soap at every sink

- It can snow as early as November and as late as April
