Villa Laia is possibly the most romantic hideaway and the ideal choice for a quiet private getaway in the Tramuntana Mountains.
4x4 CAR IS REQUIRED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY.
The elevated position guarantees complete privacy as well as spectacular views over the valleys of Boquer and Sa Vicente to Pollensa in the distance. The property offers a beautiful wooden decked terrace completed with Jacuzzi and nothing to disturb you apart from the occasional jingle of a goat’s bell or the chirping of the cicadas at sunset.
When entering the property you walk into the open plan living/dining/kitchen/bedroom area with Satellite TV (limited English-speaking channels), DVD/CD player. The kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
The double bedroom is only a a few steps from the open plan living area along with a shower room. The property offers a safe, Air-conditioning throughout the property and wifi.
When you feel the need for a little more sophistication the shops, bars and restaurants of Pollensa town are only a 10 minute drive away, beach in Puerto Pollensa is 20 minute drive away.
Please take into consideration that the road to the villa is a mountain road and you will need a cross over or a 4x4 car to gain access to the property.
