Walk past the private hot tub and into the spacious backyard complete with play structure, horseshoe pit, cornhole set, darts, and ample seating. Spend quality time with your family in this fantastic and private outdoor space!

Step into the lighted steel pavilion - complete with a ceiling fan! - and enjoy a comfortable family barbecue thanks to the totally updated outdoor kitchen. This highly appointed space features a propane BBQ with a built-in oven, outdoor pizza oven, dining table & chairs, small refrigerator, sink, and outdoor fireplace

Head back inside to unwind on the plush sofa in the living room. Turn on the 40-inch flat-screen TV and enjoy a movie or play games on the provided Xbox. Make yourself a snack in the well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-person breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, sink, and an apartment-size refrigerator - every cooking essential you might need to prepare a tasty meal.

Make your way to the garage to play ping pong with loved ones or take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub. As the sun begins to set, start the fire pit, turn on the outdoor theater setup, and get ready for an unforgettable movie night under a blanket of stars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
