Dans une résidence calme et verdoyante, appartement duplex de 60 m² (4/5 personnes), rénové en décembre 2013, avec vue directe sur le Golf.

Au RdC:

- Pièce principale donnant sur un balcon face au Golf et comprenant un canapé, table et chaises, un placard-penderie double porte,

- Cuisine équipée,

- Chambre avec un lit pour 2 personnes en 140,

- Salle d'eau avec cabine de douche,

- WC séparés.

A l'étage une grande chambre, avec un petit balcon donnant sur le Golf, comprenant 2 lits: 1 personne en 90 et un "clic-clac" pour 2 personnes en 120 ainsi qu'une grande armoire.

Chaise haute, Lit et matelas bébé sur place.

Classement 3* (Ministère du Tourisme)

Accès WiFi SFR FON si vous avez un code.

Environnement:

- La plage à 600 m (10 mn à pied), d'autres plages agréables aux alentours,

- Centre Commercial Super U à 300 m, Centre Commercial de l'Europe (Ed. Leclerc) à 5 mn en voiture,

- Centre ville: restaurants, casino, commerces de proximité et port de plaisance à 5 mn en voiture.

- A proximité Centre de loisir Planète sauvage et Centre de Loisir Val St Martin (pêche, piscine, promenade autour de l'étang...),

- Plus loin l' Ile de Noirmoutier et La Baule.
