Description

This is a newly acquired cottage that has been fully renovated for the 2017 season; enjoy a new kitchen, updated bathroom, furnishings, linens, deck, windows and doors.

The main cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a tub.

There is a bunk house that is steps away from the main cabin; it is one room with a single over double bunk bed and a cozy chair. Please note there is no bathroom in the bunk house.

This property has your own waterfront on River Philip with an amazing view where we often see seals and bald eagles. It is on a quiet dead-end lane with only 9 other cottages and there is a very large yard for the kids to play.

10 bikes are available for your use along with many other features like: a beach blanket, cooler bag, and beach bags to use on your day trips, a well equipped kitchen with blender, crock pot, hand mixer, etc; integrated night lights, USB charging, lighted deck stairs, wall mounted or ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a cupboard full of board games, ... all examples of the thought put into features that will make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

Beautiful Heather Beach Provincial Park is minutes away along with several other beaches, 4 golf courses and other beautiful locations within 30 minutes. NS, NB and PEI are all easily reached with a day-trip. We have created a file that shows all the local attractions, places to go, things to do and we’re happy to share that with you so you can understand how great this location is!

Included: Wifi. 32” Smart TV and DVD player, a new BBQ, new dishes, mattresses and household linens.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
