Set in the heart of the Natural Park of Arrábida and right next to Portinho da Arrábida, one of the 7 Natural wonders of Portugal, Casa Sul Mar, has the perfect location for unforgettable holidays all year round. During the summer months you can take advantage the several beaches the area has to offer, from the small beach of Alportuche with a direct stairway from the house and which is considered one of the best snorkeling spots in the area, the larger beach of Portinho da Arrábida is only a 15 minute walk away , the never ending beaches in the coast of Troia, to the Lagoa de Albufeira a perfect spot for Wind and kyte Surfing, to the wider beaches in the north coast of Caparica. From the area you can enjoy scuba diving trips, dolphin watching tours and an unlimited amount of outdoor activities. Azeitão which is only a 15 minute drive away is home to several wineries from the two centuries old José Maria da Fonseca to several smaller wineries that offer guided tours. Setúbal also 15 minutes away, besides innumerous fish restaurants, boasts one of the larger fish, vegetable and fruit markets in Portugal and is a must see during a stay in Casa Sul Mar. The Mountain of Arrábida has several walking circuits that offer endless walks thought unparalleled scenery. Should you wish to wonder a little further, Lisbon and all it has to offer, in only 45 minutes away, as is Évora a Unesco world heritage medieval town in the heart of the Alentejo.

Casa Sul Mar has of 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two separate beds each and one with a bunk bed for children. The house has a modern kitchen fully equipped and two bathrooms. The large living room with fire place and dining area opens directly to the large deck with a spectacular view over the crystalline waters of Arrábida where it’s not uncommon for dolphins to come and visit.

A wide deck surrounds the entire front of the house, with a breath taking ocean view. It has several garden chairs, a dining table seating 6 people and a bench with several pillows. This is the perfect spot to eat your meals outdoors or simply enjoy the end of the day or the unparalleled starry nights over the ocean.

How do damage deposits work?
