Charming two bedroom apartment with a front sun balcony and amazing views, over Douro river, riverside and D.Luis I bridge!

Located in the Historic Center, walkable distant from all main historic spots and public transports!

- Close to D. Luis I bridge and the Funicular tram connecting with top and down bridges, riversides, Port wine cellars and Ribeira district!

- Near Batalha square, Santa Catarina street, Majestic cafe, Cathedral,

S.Bento railway station, Praça da Liberdade + Aliados Avenue (town main square), Clérigos tower, Lello bookshop, Flores street (a nice pedestrian street), Stock Market Palace and S.Francisco church!

- Not far from tram Nº 1 starting from Ribeira District destination to the rivermouth and Sea front district ( not loose the visit)!

In a modern building, 3rd floor with elevator, the apartment has all the facilities for a short stay, and the comfort for a longer family holiday:

This apartment offers all in one: great river view, in a calm and beautiful street, and just some minutes walking distance from all downtown important spots:

5 min - Batalha square/ Nacional theatre S. João

5 min - Funicular tram connecting hill - riverside -hill ( up and down elevator)

7 min - Stª. Catarina street (main turistic street and shopping district)

8 min - Douro riverside, direction D.Luis I down bridge and Ribeira district

10min - Medieval Cathedral and its neighbourhood ( the oldest district)

10min - D.Luis I top bridge

12min - Liberdade square and Aliados avenue ( heart of downtown area and all its attractions)

15min - D. Luis I down bridge and Ribeira district

Every sunday morning a Little Bird fair takes place, close.

Every 23th June - St. John's day and Oporto city fest day! - the Fontaínhas street will the one of the places where you would like to be!

We will kindly receive our guests, assuring they have all they need for a remarkable stay. Gastronomic and cultural tips will be happily provided.

- Pets not allowed

- Smoking not allowed inside the apartment.

- Please leave the apartment as you found it (take the waste out, turn all lights and heating off, close the windows and the balcony door).

- A cleaning fee of 30€ is requested per booking. After one week, free cleaning, towels and linen. Extra cleaning available on request, with extra fee.

- A private car park place in the building can be provided with an extra fee of 7€/day, extra payed, too.

- Check-out before 11am/ check-in after 15h (other timing on request).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alexandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
