About the flat:

Centrally located in a quiet square, the flat is within walking distance to most of Porto landmarks, with easy access to major transportation lines.

The building has been completely renovated in 2014 to the highest standard, providing all the comfort of a modern house while maintaining its beautiful original features, such as its staircase or its windows in traditional Portuguese style.

The flat comfortably accommodates 6 people and it’s your perfect home away. Whether you are a family with children or a group of friends looking for a home away, this is a place you’ll be looking forward to come back to after a day out in the town.

With 125 square meters, the flat occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building.

The flat is very bright, with plenty of natural light coming from windows on three sides.

The flat has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with on-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with twin beds. There is a second complete bathroom. There is also a cozy mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed that can serve either as a third bedroom or a relaxing sitting area. A small balcony overlooks the city. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The living room is tastefully decorated, including a sofa that can accommodate 2 extra persons and a dining table sitting up to 8 people. There is also a tv and free wi-fi internet throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for you to prepare your Portuguese inspired meals, or simply prepare breakfast before you head out.

Guest Access:

The apartment is located in the heart of the city and easily accessed by all means of transportation. Trindade Station is only 5 minutes walk away, and Sao Bento station is 15 minutes walk away.

If you happen to be travelling by car there are parking facilities nearby. I’ll be happy to assist you with that.

Interaction with Guests:

Starting from the very beginning till the end of the stay, guest will be accompanied.

We’ll personally greet you at the flat and take the time to explain how everything works, what’s around in the neighborhood and also give you suggestions and advices for you to enjoy our city to the most.

About Porto:

One of the most significant aspects of Porto and its historical centre is its landscape, combining harmony with the urban structure and presenting a frame of rare beauty. The city was classified as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1996.

When discovering Porto, you will find many surprises. Besides its welcoming and historical environment, Porto is also contemporary and artistic. This is shown not only in the streets, architecture, monuments and museums but also in the terraces, restaurants, nightlife and shopping areas.
