Modern and quiet apartment in front of the sea located in the most beautiful part of the town.

Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating for winter...

Great see view terrace for relaxing days!

The apartment can accommodate comfortably four persons and ideal place for families.

The nearest beach is less than 500 meters from our house.

The house is fully equipped, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating for winter...

The house has over 2 floors with a total of 75 m2. On the main floor (which is on the first floor) there is a kitchen with integrated living room, a WC, a bedroom with double bed 190x135 with wardrobe.

Climbing the second floor we find a bathroom, a room with a bunk-bed 90x200, with closet and a little room for children with a bed 160x60 cm. There is also a large terrace 14 m2, with beautiful sea and harbor views.

The house is newly renovated and has a cot and baby accessories (High chair, radio baby control, car seats -from1 to 12 years-, toys ...).

The apartment is fully equipped and ready for the winter months.

We have internet connection and WI-FI for our customers.

Air conditioning all over the apartment in both floors.

We provide you also with Beach Towels.

Our house is located in Portocolom, by the sea and near the church in the old part of town.

It is a typical fishing village, an idyllic place, unspoilt by mass tourism.

Portocolom is the only coastal town that retains the characteristic typical of Mallorca.

The nearest beach is less than 500 meters from our house.

There are possibilities for water sports and beautiful hiking trails.

An ideal place for families and children for its tranquility and proximity to the sea.

Nearby Portocolom there are beautiful and unspoilt beaches.

The village has good restaurants, supermarkets, shops and all amenities: Golf Course less than 3 km, Boat Rentals, Scuba diving, bike rental......

You can reach from Portocolom some of the best psicobloc areas of Mallorca: Es Pontas, Cala Barques , Cala Llombards, Cala Ferrera, The lighthouse Area , Cala Marsal ....
