Description

Secluded in 7000sqm of lush garden and built in traditional Mediterranean style “The Anchorage” stands in the middle of a beautiful bay, literally 5 meters from the sea. Spacious, cosy, and smartly decorated the property is ideal for families and groups of friends. With its garden walls constantly washed by the sea waves the villa is designed so as to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the Argosaronic gulf and the surrounding hills.

2.5 hours drive or a 2 hour boat trip from Athens and only a 4km away from the beautiful village of Porto Heli this is an easy to reach popular destination that offers great choice for all tastes and benefits from all amenities.

Accommodation in the "Anchorage" is arranged in three levels. In the lower ground floor there are two self-contained guesthouses (each complete with each own kitchen and bathroom facilities) sharing a beautiful green patio. The slightly larger 'pink' guesthouse sleeps 3 in single beds (plus 2 built-in sofa beds that could accommodate children and are not part of the maximum guest count), and the 'yellow' guesthouse sleeps 2 in single beds.

Further up on the ground floor one finds an open, bright and spacious living room unified with the dining area and the kitchen. From here you have access to three different verandas to choose from depending on taste as well as weather. Whichever your choice and whether indoors or outdoors you are bound to be captivated by the majestic view of the gulf enjoyed from this floor. The veranda on the back of the property, protected from the wind and closer to the kitchen, is where the BBQ and the outdoor dining area is. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a full set of cooking utensils and cutlery. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on this floor.

The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and the roof terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding area, do your yoga and relax while sunbathing. Of the 2 large upstairs bedrooms one has a double bed and the other 2 singles and there is also a small bedroom that sleeps 1.

The "Anchorage" situated as it is in the middle of an open and beautiful bay, literally a step away from the sea, benefits from a refreshing sea breeze that cools it down. There are mosquito screens installed in all windows and balcony doors that allow you to take full advantage of the cooling breeze day and night. Additionally, the 3 double bedrooms in the top and middle floor have air conditioning. The lower ground floor bedrooms are well insulated and do not have a need for one. Moreover, all rooms are equipped with either ceiling or stand fans.

How do damage deposits work?
