Το Sunny Place βρίσκεται στην ειρηνική και ήσυχη τοποθεσία Δορούφι, σε απόσταση 2km από το ιστορικό ψαροχώρι της Κοιλάδας. Προσφέρουμε ένα ηλιόλουστο και ήσυχο μέρος μακριά από τους θορύβους των πόλεων. Μοναδικός ήχος ο παφλασμός της θάλασσας, η οποία βρίσκετε στα 100 μέτρα από το Sunny place και το θρουσμα των φύλων. Το νερό της θάλασσας είναι κρυστάλλινο με πολλές από τις γειτονικές παραλίες να έχουν λάβει το σύμβολο της Γαλάζιας Σημαίας. Ακόμη, υπάρχουν άπειροι πανέμομορφοι γαλαζοπράσινοι κολπίσκοι οπού περιβάλουν τον χώρο μας. Οι κολπίσκοι είναι προσβάσιμοι με όχημα και με καΐκι.

Ο εσωτερικός χώρος του δωματίου είναι ολοκαίνουριος ούτως ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη, ευχάριστη και πολυτελή διαμονή στους ταξιδιώτες. Παρέχουμε την δυνατότητα της θέας προς την θάλασσα και την πισίνα από το κάθε δωμάτιο! Η πρόσβαση στην πισίνα προσφέρει την δυνατότητα για κολύμπι και χαλάρωση μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο τοπίο έχοντας θέα την θάλασσα. Το γήπεδο τένις και μπάσκετ που περιλαμβάνεται στις εγκαταστάσεις μας, δίνει την δυνατότητα συνδυασμού των διακοπών σας με την άθληση και την γυμναστική σας. Το Πόρτο χέλι απέχει μόλις 8km ενώ η Ερμιόνη απέχει 14km. Μαγευτικά νησιά που βρίσκονται στην γύρω περιοχή και έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση από το Sunny Place είναι οι Σπέτσες, η Ύδρα και ο Πόρος. Το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου απέχει μόλις 40km, το Ναύπλιο 60km ενώ το Άργος και οι Μυκήνες 80km από το Sunny Place.

Θα πρέπει επίσης να γνωρίζετε πως κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονή σας, θα σας προσφέρουμε ένα πλούσιο πρωινό στον χώρο σας είτε γύρω από την πισίνα και 1 μπουκάλι σαμπάνιας Martini Asti τα οποία θα τα γευθείτε ατενίζοντας την θάλασσα. Το κατάλυμα παρέχει υπηρεσία ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων, αυτοκινήτων, σκαφών και jet ski. Επίσης το κατάλυμα παρέχει υπηρεσία μεταφοράς από και προς το αεροδρόμιο και άλλες μετακινήσεις γύρω από τον χώρο μας με όχημα ανάλογο των απαιτήσεων σας. Επίσης μπορούμε να μεριμνήσουμε να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμα μας είτε με ελικόπτερο είτε με θαλάσσιο σκάφος. Επιπρόσθετα, μπορούμε να σας φτιάξουμε πρόγραμμα διακοπών και ενδιαφερόντων σημείων επίσκεψης στην περιοχή ώστε να την γνωρίσετε στο μέγιστο!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
