Ideally situated, on a prime site at the Praia D'el Rey Golf and Beach Resort this brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located by the beach with stunning views across the Atlantic Ocean as far as the Berlengas Islands. The apartment is located in Vila da Praia, the new beach side development in Praia D’El Rey. The design and interior décor are finished to an exceptionally high standard and the apartment has been elegantly furnished with all modern amenities.

The apartment is divided over 3 floors with the lower floor comprising of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom and a second bathroom. The first floor has a spacious open plan living and dining room, and a large and fully equipped modern kitchen.

There are patio doors the full width of the living room which open out onto the terrace which has breathtaking sea views and looks over the golf course and the swimming pool below. This terrace gets afternoon sunshine and is the perfect location for enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the Atlantic Ocean. There are also patio doors off the kitchen and a further terrace at the rear of the apartment which gets the morning sunshine, perfect for enjoying an alfresco breakfast. Stairs from the living area lead to a large roof terrace which has stunning views over the resort, the beach and the golf course. The roof terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue and has a WC.

There is a heated swimming pool exclusively for residents use, surrounded by a sunbathing area with palm trees and brightly coloured flower beds. For those who prefer the beach, it is literally only a stones throw away.

The apartment is in an ideal location for small families, couples and golfing groups. Local amenities on the resort include the clubhouse and restaurant, a supermarket, tennis courts and The Marriott 5* hotel and spa.

A Safe is provided for storage of guest's valuables.

The apartment has 3 extensive private terraces. One is accessed from the living/dining room, ideal for sitting and watching the sun go down over the fairways and Atlantic ocean. The terrace is ideal for Alfresco dining and entertaining.

We would recommend this wonderful and very nice stay in Praia del Rei, The flat is very modern and useful with lot´s of space and tasteful. We spend a lot of time on the rooffloor and had beautiful dinners in the sunset. It is also very close to the beach and a very good resturant around the corner. We also had a big pool under our balcony!Great for looking after kids jumping in and out of the pool. Go there!

“Great apartment with beautiful sea views”

We have just returned from a very relaxing week at this great apartment. The apartment is very large and beautifully decorated throughout. Although it is a new property it has a homely feel to it and there is everything provided you could possibly need from games and DVDs to an extra hairdryer. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the balcony is ideal for an evening glass of wine. The rear terrace gets the sun in a morning so is a great place to have breakfast. The apartment is a few minutes walk from a stunning beach which never gets crowded and is great for long strolls. There is also a very good restaurant bar just across the road which over-looks the sea but it pays to book a table if you want to eat early in the evening as it gets quite busy. The staff are very friendly and some evenings there was live music. The apartment overlooks the pool which is clean and of a good size. The pool was normally quiet but didn't have many sun loungers so we tended to use the roof terrace. To enjoy the resort a car is really a must but there is shuttle bus to the hotel and golf course. There are some very good local restaurants just a short drive away and we would recommend Rio Cortico for really good seafood and great views - although again its best to book especially at weekends. We loved Obidos - it is very traditional and the views from the walls of the town are fantastic. Well worth the visit. There is also a very good Pingo Doce supermarket on the way out of the town which has a good bakery section. We didn't use the golf course during our stay but did visit the spa at the hotel - although it was expensive it was a nice end of holiday treat. The owners were very friendly and helpful and made the booking process very easy and stress free. The travel information they provided before we travelled was very informative and there is lots more information provided in the apartment. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet location with high-quality accommodation but with a personal touch and hope to visit again.

“Luxury Penthouse Apartment was ideal base!”

My husband and I stayed at this lovely penthouse apartment for a long weekend and can confirm it's sheer luxury being furnished to an extrememly high standard and exceptionally clean on our arrival. The penthouse apartment is split into 3 levels with en-suite bedrooms on ground floor, large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on middle floor and an impressive sun terrace on the upper floor with space for sun beds, BBQ and dining. My husband played golf at the Praia Del Rey Golf Course and he enjoyed trying a new golf course. The Apartment was an ideal base for going back and forward to golf clubhouse for golf and snacks. We only wish we had been there longer to spend more time in the property to make more of the fantastic facilities and the wonderful sea views! You definitely need a car but there are some nice places to visit especially Obidos which has several quality restaurants. The owner made the booking process very simple from start to finish.
