If you want your holiday to be lived in a peaceful, harmonious and safe place, just 300 meters from the beach and the sea and 20 minutes walk from the riverside area of ​​Portimão, our apartment "Spring House" is the ideal place for you and for your family or friends.

This furnished 2 bedroom apartment and furnished with joy and simplicity is composed of large living room with access to the balcony overlooking the pool, two bedrooms with double bed, and one of the beds can be converted into two single beds, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with all major and small appliances necessary to prepare your fresh and appetizing meals.

 All rooms of the house (living room, bedrooms and kitchen) have access to balconies.

The kitchen and the rooms are oriented to the north and the balcony can be seen a beautiful small farm with horses, donkeys, ducks, swans, geese and some cabrinhas.

It's like being in the countryside but having just next to the beach (Praia da Rocha) and the city (Portimão).

The room and the other room oriented to the south have access to fantastic balcony overlooking the pool and the green of the garden areas. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture. Here you can dine or simply enjoy moments of peace lit by the sun in the Algarve.

The "Spring House" has air conditioning and is situated within one of the quietest, best and care gated communities of Praia da Rocha. Its swimming pool with warm and clear water, manicured garden areas, 24 hour security and its location (2nd row from the beach) make this apartment the perfect location.

Guests are also offered in the pool 2 sunbeds chairs and sun hat.

Stop the car in existing private parking in the garage or just one of the many existing places inside the condo and come to discover the nature and the richness of the natural heritage of the city of Portimão strives to preserve and enhance.

Whether it's hiking lover, from the lush cliffs of ocher of Praia da Rocha and feeling the salty air tone of the sea, walk to the Ria de Alvor and believe that await you paths and walks where nature imposes on its majestic perfection and where you can enjoy the best that the Algarve has to offer.

If looking for water activities there are several to choose from in Praia da Rocha: from jet skiing, pedal boats, water bananas, motor boats, sport fishing, water skiing, scuba diving and spearfishing.

Nearby you can also find some water parks (Slidesplash and Aqualand) and zoo marine (Zoomarine).

At night like more action and fun summer nights in Rock animation teem. Go to the main avenue of Praia da Rocha (Av. Tomás Cabreira) and then find beyond an authentic craft fair which runs the avenue, lots of music, bars, restaurants, pubs and clubs open all night. It is also a casino where you can enjoy a show or just play one of the typical casino games. All these attractions and amusements are a 5-minute walk from the "Spring House".
