The Panorama Pool Villa 14 is located in a larger building complex (final project about 56 houses). Approximately 15km south of Hua Hin, near the Milford golf course, 2km from the sea, in a very quiet location. In addition to the private pool, there is a central pool for all residents (25 m) with the associated clubhouse and Front Garden. The complex is guarded 24 / h. Shopping and catering facilities can be found in the area, a rental car is recommended, but there are also cheap taxi services. The house has three levels, at the top, the big bedroom with an oversized bathroom, in the middle living area is the kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom and a toilet with a sink and washing machine. In the lower surface of the third large bedroom with shower and toilet, plus a storeroom with evtl.zweitem refrigerator, storage space for suitcases. A large tiled area is the living room in front with a Sala (a covered seat) before the pool, there is also a shower. The villa stands on a large plot ca.650m2, a covered car park with automatic gate is as important as the daily disposal of waste. Gardeners take care of the beautiful garden, the swimming pool is cleaned weekly 2x. About 8 golf courses welcome you to the surrounding area, but then also the nearby beaches Hat Sai Noi or Suan Son Pradipat. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- A wonderful pool villa is awaiting you to enjoy a great vacation in Thailand hot climate. 15km from Hua Hin center, 2km from the beach, near to Milford Golf Course - and 8 other golf courses are in the near vicinity. Panorama Pool Villas are a village for itself, at the end stage there will be 57 Villas. Every villa has it's own pool, HOWEVER a Club House is right in the middle with it's 25m long pool and a nice manicured garden. Shops and restaurants are available, HOWEVER it's Advisable to rent a car or to use taxis nearby. A roofed car port with automatic door is ready for your car. 24h security, garden and pool service is here too.

How do damage deposits work?
