Casa do Vargas with AL license was constructed in general for all types of customers while they were in love with nature, landscapes, hiking, water sports or just a relaxing stay in a very quiet, charming and elegant area. Having an area of ​​approximately 45 m2 this house also has a terrace 15 m2.

If it's landscaping lover it is also a place where we can sunbathe at any time of day or simply to watch one of the best sun sets on the island, and also perfectly accessible to all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, museums sites and a beautiful sandy beach just minutes away not to mention also one of the best preserved sites and natural trails and paths throughout the island of Madeira. '5 minutes from the house are some of the best walking routes recommended (Taken and footpaths) of Madeira as Prazeres, Ponta do Pargo, Calheta, 25 rabaçal sources, the Paul do Mar path, among others. Surprise yourself with the nature of the Laurel, heritage site (UNESCO) and considered one of the seven natural wonders of Portugal, which will see various species of flora and fauna of Madeira, unique in the world.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
