A modern, luxurious and stylishly furnished 3 bed villa with private pool. Ideal for families, couples and groups.

All rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool at the back of the house. There is another balcony at the front of the house.

There's a pool shower, and a large sun terrace with table chairs, and sun loungers and BBQ. The pool is 12m by 4m.

150m from Pernera Beach, 200m from Louma Beach, 50 metres from shops & tavernas of Pernera. Located in a quiet and peaceful spot, situated between two big towns which are less than 5mins drive away. 5km from Ayia Napia.

“Lovely spacious Villa - ticked all our boxes”

There were only three of us, my husband, son and I which seems a little extreme for a three bedroomed spacious villa. However we wanted to spoil ourselves with the space and we were very happy we did. The villa is very large and airy with three bedrooms; two bathrooms and a loo downstairs. all the necessary you would need whilst on holiday was readily available. We felt very safe and there wasnt any noise in the vacinity other than families enjoying their holidays. The beach was a 5minute walk down the road and through a little alleyway...and we caught the bus everywhere which is one euro per adult and free for children. Even to Aiya Napa - one earo. We stayed for 10days - didnt do much other than chilled around the pool and explore the local environment. The yellow boat trip was fabulous and beautiful and cheap. We went to Cape Ghreko which was amazing - again went via the local bus. If you want to see the market - make sure you book with a local coach company as we thought we would get a bus there and were disapointed when told they didnt do the trip. The local Orphandes supermarket is about a 10minute bus journey to Paramalini - they are the local's supermarket so they charge local prices. A warning to cocktails lovers - all cocktails are pre made from a bottle

We would consider renting the villa again if we were to go back to that area of Cyprus. The location was excellent for us. Easy to get to all the nice beaches and waterpark. I have already recommended the villa to friends. Thank you

I cant be positive enough about this villa, everything has been outstanding. I have stayed here 5/6 times and love it! Valerie single handly manages the villa from the UK with a team of helpers on location in Cyprus. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and if there are any issues (I've never had any!!) they are set up to respond quickly and professionally. From the airport its a simple journey to the villa. The location is superb! just minutes from one of the many beaches and the coast line board walk. If you want a small friendly town and excellent food this is the place for you. I've been during different times of the year and the town can be quiet in the winter months ideal for a quiet holiday and lively in the busier periods. For the party animals the Aya Napa is only 5 km down the road. Everytime I open the villa door its a "wow!!!" The villa is fully equipped for families and singles alike . Decorated throughout in a modern style it gives you the true feeling of a luxurious villa at very resonable prices. A lazy day in this Idyllic sun trap by the pool, cooking on the BBQ or having a break in the afternoon around the patio in the well maintained garden; you dont go on holiday to stay in a villa but at Crystal Lagoon you could quite easily if you wanted!!! With a car or without you will have a fantastic time in area of Cyprus, with the added bonus of a lovely villa pushing the boundaries and making it a holiday to remember! Love it!!! will be back as often as I can :)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
