Description

Villa Evita is a lovely 2 bedroom villa that has recently undergone a complete makeover and perfect for a smaller families. Two bedrooms upstairs are both ensuite; the master bedroom with Queen sized bed has en-suite shower / WC and a balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedroom has twin beds (2 single beds that can link together as a super king bed) also has an ensuite shower / WC. There is space for cots in either bedroom and plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes. Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge with a guest WC. Patio doors open out to the fenced play area and outside table and chairs. Gates secure the villa and its grounds from the quiet cul de sac. If you would like the toddler fencing we can put this up with a playhouse and outside toys at the side of the villa around the gazebo area so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave that door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the pool. The pool is 8 x 4 metres and it’s just 5 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach at Ayia Triada (Trinity beach) and a little further in teh other direction to the Golden Coast hotel beach.

Getting around

Everything is an easy walk. We have an extensive out and about guide in the villa and Rosie (our local manager) can help you find anything you need. If you want to go further afield and don’t have a car we have a fabulous local family run taxi service which will take you anywhere locally for around 10 Euros (child seats included free).

Interaction with guest

We have a fabulous local team that will welcome you and look after you during your stay. If you arrive at a time when we can't meet you at the door then we make sure the keys are available in a secure safe at the front door.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
