Protaras Holiday Villa Stef is a traditional 2-bedroom holliday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sandy beach. The villa is practcally in Nausicaa Hotel Apartments in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.

Villa Stef is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style garden including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area. With one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor and a double sofa bed one the ground floor, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. The villa offers two shower rooms one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
