Description

Our comfortable roomy apartment is in a quiet area with an outlook over fields and is within a few minutes walk of a shared pool, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The local sandy beach is about ten minutes walk. The rest of the island including the local towns of Protaras, Paralimni, Dherynia and the holiday hotspot of Agia Napa are easily accessible.

1. All bed linen and bathroom towels are included, but we do not provide beach towels.

2. Full use of electricity, air conditioning and heating is also included

3. A guest information pack can be found inside the apartment together with guide books.

4. Further services can be negotiated locally and we can arrange airport pick ups and mid week cleans if required. All charges payable locally.

The kitchen also has a large George Foreman grill and a concealed digital safe for your valuables. The bathroom is fitted with shower, basin, WC and bidet. The bedrooms have ample wardrobes and sliding doors opening onto large sun terraces which benefit from the sun for most of the day. A portable BBQ is available. A travel cot is also supplied.

Further details outdoors

The large terrace to the front benefits from the sun for most of the day whilst the rear terrace is in the shade. Later in the day this situation reverses. The outside facilities are enhanced by a large patio table with six chairs and four sun beds. There is also access to a shared pool with children's section and five-a-side pitch.

“excellent apartment and great location”

We stayed in this apartment in June 18.The beaches and restaurants nearby provide everything a family could need.The location is ideal for trips to aya nappa and protaras, just a short taxi ride away. We had days and nights in both locations and enjoyed the local resturants for a more relaxing evening just walking distance. The kids enjoyed the water sports at the local beach near the apartment as well. On arrival the apartment was spotless and is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to our return trip in 2019.

“Fantastic holiday home”

Just returned home from a fantastic holiday staying at Joe and Maureen's property. The area is fantastic with enough beaches, restaurants and shops close by to keep a family of very 4 happy. The apartment is great, well appointed, with loads of space and gorgeous patios, The wifi in the property was a godsend to the teenagers ( Dad too), and the shared pool is only a stones throw away with plenty of loungers. We'll visit again...hopefully soon!
