The luxury Blue Electra apartments are situated in the popular village of Kapparis which is situated just outside the family resort of Protaras. Kapparis has a wonderful selection of Bars, Restaurants, cafes and mini-supermarkets. There is also a large supermarket approx 2 mins car ride.
The nearest beach is 5 minutes stroll with a coastal path which leads to other beautifully secluded coves looking out to crystal clear waters.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, living room has two sofa's 1 sofa converts to a double bed, 32" LCD T.V and satellite, English TV channels, DVD, Dining table and chairs. There is also a balcony with table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with a bottle of Keo. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes kettle, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher & washing machine
The private secluded swimming pool is situated in landscaped gardens with a children's shallow pool separate from the main pool. There are also separate shower facilities and toilets beside the pool area. We have a meet & greet service so no need to worry about collection of keys and our representative will show you around the apartment then leave you to have an enjoyable holiday.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required if booking over 8 weeks in advance, with full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required to be paid with full payment. This will then be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. The rates include air conditioning, heating, linen, towels, plus a change of linen and towels after the first week if staying for 2 weeks and a change after the 2nd week if staying from 3 weeks.
Great rates for winter lets - cheaper than putting on the heating in Winter Climates - Lets must be 4 weeks or over in duration.
If staying for short lets (less than one week), the rate per night is not divided by 7 to give you the rate per night - cleaning and laundry will need to be included in the charge - please contact me for a short let rate.
Payments from UK residents can be made into any UK bank.
We can also take payments in euro's.
International Payments can be made via IBAN transfer and paid in GBP Sterling or Euros
I can also be paid via PayPal using a Credit Card, but this will incur a 5% surcharge (which is what I will be charged by PayPal).
Please remember it is your responsibility to organise your own travel insurance to cover medical treatment while away.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, safe, bedside tables, dressing table with mirror and is air-conditioned/heating.
The living room has a 2 seater settee and a three seater settee, the three seater converts to a double bed, dining table and chairs, TV and satellite, DVD player, Ipod speakers,air-conditioned/heating and patio doors through to the balcony.
The bathroom consists of a bath/shower, WC, hand basin with mirror.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and apartment towels are provided but unfortunately not beach towels.
Property will be cleaned prior to arrival.

The large secluded communal pool has a separate paddling pool for children. It also has sun loungers and toilet and shower facilities close by.
There is also a designated parking space should you a hire a car.

Had a lovely 10 days in this apartment was a great base for us. Little small for 4 but clean and tidy and had what we needed. Apartment is in a great location for a quiet chilled holiday.

Enjoyed our 2nd visit, most things we needed was there but No BBQ.The carab tree that is in downstairs garden has grown so much since April is now blocking our sunlight on the balcony. Needs attention.

We will think about purchasing a new one for the future. We would like the tree cut back but it's is another apartment garden. We will ask the owner if they are able to cut the tree back.
“It was perfect”
Its a great location, 5 mins walk and your on the beach even though you have your complex swimming pool. You have restaurants on the main street. It was very nice.

“Комфортно, чисто, удобно расположено, идеально по соотношению цена-качество”
Отличный комплекс. чистый бассейн, вся территория ежедневно убиралась, приходила тетя и все мыла, бассейн на ключе и можно было купаться ночью, что не разрешено во многих комплексах, но не смотря на это ночью крайне тихо и спокойно. Каппарис - деревня по сути, но зато в ней комфортно и тихо, минут 10 пешком до двух пляжей, на одном получше дно и вода прямо бирюза бирюза но народу много, а второй свободный, много места, можно ходить брать лежаки а можно на ковриках своих загорать. В картире все есть, у нас забарахлила стиралка, я написала собственнику, ее просто приехали и заменили на новую когда нас не было дома. Интернет на балконе ловит от отеля аморе и на бассейне хороший иинтернет от комплекса блю электра. Кондиционеры работают нормально, только таймеры везде стоят и приходится ночью вставать и включать заново их когда жарко становится, но зато коммунальные платежи включены в стоимость, как и плата за уборку. В квартире были чай, сахар, соль, чистящие и моющие средства. Метро недалеко если ходить за покупками, мы пешком ходили за полчаса до туда, там все намного дешевле чем в чиапаниз супермаркете рядом который. Отличный ресторанчик капитан Каррас, рыбное мезе супер (до этого несколько раз ели в Лимассоле, здесь круче в разы) и удобно что детям есть где поиграть пока взрослые ужинают. Хорошая таверна "у тони" там где батутный парк, тоже есть где детям разгуляться а взрослым покушать. Еще ходили в фалирос, обслуживание отличное а вот порции и тп как то поменьше чем в каррас, но тоже рекомендую. Ездили на автобусе от кольца в айя-напу в аквапарк, просто погулять, очень порадовались что живем не там, а в каппарис, такое столпотворение, не разминуться, особенно вечером, дурдом просто, в этом плане лимассол куда комфортнее. Ездили в Паралимни на автобусе от метро, очень аутентично там, классные таверны местные, площадка детская у храма, городская площадь и магазины есть, если возникнет острое желание пошопиться, в айя напу за этим не стоит ехать, там ширпотреб для туристов.Вообще в каппарис стоит ехать за отличным морем, пляжами, красивой природой, тишиной. Отличное место для отдыха с детьми или романтичного отдыха вдвоем.

“Отличное место для отдыха с детьми”
Я останавливалась в апартаментах в июле с 2 детьми 3 недели . Отличные апартаменты. Все как на фото.Балкон гораздо больше и лучше , чем на фото.Очень чисто .Все есть - посуда . постельное белье , полотенца , мыло . бумага , тряпки , ничего не пришлось покупать .Даже посудомоечная машина была . Интернет хороший у бассейна и на балконе у входной двери.хотя большую часть времени был и в квартире .Хозяева оперативно отвечали на вопросы , в Каппарисе с нами общалась Джил , очень быстро решала все вопросы , всегда на связи. Район тихий . с основной дороги машин не слышно.Большое спасибо за все .

in good area , little small , clean . no wifi , nice pool and place around. the terrace is very small.
Owner's reply: thank you for your review, the apartment is only a one bedroom apartment so slightly smaller than a 2 bedroom. Wifi is now available around the pool area and we have an access code for all our guests to use the wifi.We are hoping to have wifi in the apartment for 2015

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
