Description

'Paradise Point', with free Wifi internet access, benefits from an edge of development location and as such the private external space is one of the largest on this select development. The villa affords the luxury of enjoying the Cyprus sunshine coupled with the great outdoor living experience. A wrap around covered pergola to the front terrace and side of villa provides some shade in the heat of the day. The fabulous gazebo (re-thatched for start of 2016 season) over the decking area to rear of villa provides further shade and benefits from outside 'rattan' style furniture allowing the inside and outside space to flow and maximize the use of all available living areas. A swim in the extended private pool is a most welcome means of keeping cool in the warm and sunny climate. A purpose built and tiled barbecue compliments superb alfresco dining. If you are a larger party we are able to offer a further superb villa for 4 to 5 guests at our sister villa 'Wits End', also located on the select Mimosa Villas development .The 2 bedrooms, both with en suite, offer complete luxury for families and sharing couples alike. 'Paradise Point' is situated within a quiet cul du sac position in this desirable development off Kennedy Avenue, which boasts excellent restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars and shops. This well appointed detached villa on an extensive plot has a private extended pool (new pool liner fitted in 2016) and the nearby beach is just 200m walk at Firemans Beach with clear blue waters. An ideal base for a fabulous holiday with facilities and beaches on your doorstep.BOOKING AVAILABILITY CALENDAR IS KEPT FULLY UP TO DATE EXCEPT WHEN AWAITING BOOKING CONFIRMATION. “Loved it”

Reviewed 21 Jul 2018

We've just returned after 2 weeks staying at Paradise Point. From beginning to end Elaine was very helpful and quick at responding to my never ending questions. William and Jacky who manage the villa are equally helpful and William would make a great tour guide. I have to say this villa is fabulous. It's clean, it has everything you need inside and outside. The outside space is amazing, it's in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac at the back of the villa complex. There is a good breeze all the time on the hotest of days is very welcome. The pool is a god send and I spent a lot of time in there. It's cleaned twice a week. However there are some big trees over looking the garden that shed leaves all the time so we were constantly removing leaves and bird feathers. The only downside for me was using the metal ladders but that is only because I struggle at the moment with my knees. I think steps could be easily be built into one corner without losing space. I am 5ft 7 and the depth was to my shoulders at the deepest point, still able to swim and have fun. My mum cannot swim and has a fear or water, because it wasn't deep she went in and even gained confidence of try to swim a little. Which I'm proud of her. The BBQ is also fantastic and was used a few times during our stay. Inside, the villa there was everything you need, all kitchen utensils. Suitable crockery to eat indoors and out. We used the washing machine often which is something I'm not used to on holiday. By having that I had less to do on my return haha. All rooms are of good size, there are good air con units and fans all over the villa. Ceiling fans in each bedroom. Or you can bring the outside in by opening the many windows and doors. There's books, games, DVDs available, there is English t.v. we even watched coronation street and yes Jeremy Kyle!!! I think a more step by step guide would be helpful as it took us a while to work it out. There are tvs in the bedroom but we never used them. Each bedroom are comfortable with ample storage space, they en suite one with shower over bath. One with walk in shower. I think there is room for a small dressing table in the bigger room. That's the only thing missing for me. The road in front of the villa is not lit at all at night and is very dark. There are street lights but never on. I do think this should be addressed for safety reasons. We hired a car for the 2 weeks as I struggle with walking too far. This was great as the villa is tucked at the back of the complex and even for me was a struggle to the main road. The main road is NOT on a bus route. There is a bus to take you to the water park but not to Protaras or aiya Napa. We learnt the nearest bus stop is near the main roundabout on Kennedy Avenue. This takes you to all main areas. Kapparis has local bars, Restaurants and shops. They are all nice and adequate for a quiet meal and drink but people that like entertainment need to go to Protaras (€12 in a taxi) Anybody that hasn't been before Pererna the next resort is lovely and looks good for a night out. We discovered it the day before leaving so not able to comment. All in all we had a fabulous holiday, a lovely comfortable stay and the weather was amazing.

Owner's reply: I am delighted you enjoyed your stay at our family owned villa, Paradise Point. The British TV has recently been updated to include `catch up` and the installer was due to drop off new instructions for guests use. It is the joy of a villa holiday you can go home with clean clothes - which removes the strain of washing when you get home!! The beach walk between Pernera and Protaras takes about an hour, but longer if you stop for a drink and/ or something to eat along the way. It is very is very scenic and would recommend `Seaside stories` as a good watering hole. If I can be of any assistance at anytime in the future please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind regards Elaine.

“Villa stay is the way forward”

This is the first time we have stayed in a villa we were a group of 4, Male & female, it was total relaxation, time flew. Villa was perfect, in a quiet location, everything we needed was there. Plenty of shops, restaurants & bars to eat out or buy food at just a 5 minute walk away. We found the prices were very reasonable.. The off licence on the main road was cheaper than duty free so buy your drinks from here. Also water dispenser on main road to refill your10litre water bottles for as little as 50cents. There are lots of little quiet bays a short walking distance along the sea front with superb spots for snorkelling/swimming. There is a lilo, rubber ring, bat & ball to use & they are very cheap to buy from the shop too. There is a safe, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine & clothes airer, which all came in to good use. Elaine the owner has been extremely helpful & was quick to answer any questions. The airport pick up was perfect, William our driver and in charge of the management of the villa was very knowledgeable. We were so impressed we all want to come back with more friends & family.

“Superb Villa with excellent pool in good location”

Reviewed 3 Sep 2015

This villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool is a great size and the outside space is outstanding. The villa is set in a peaceful location although only a couple of minutes walk from local bars and restaurants. Kapparis is the ideal place to have the best of both worlds. Protaras and Agia Napa are both easily accessible by local transport but if you prefer a more relaxing holiday there are enough bars and restaurants within walking distance to satisfy most palates. Local beaches are also excellent. Would definitely recommend Paradise Point.

“Superb villa with everything you could possibly need”

Reviewed 5 Jun 2015

This was the fifth time we have visited Kapparis but as our usual villa was not available for the dates we wanted we chose Paradise Point instead and was not disappointed. The villa was spotlessly clean and the owners have obviously made a huge effort to insure that visitors had everything they needed to have a fantastic holiday. We were so impressed that we will book this villa again for next year.

“Paradise”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2015

Paradise Point certainly lived up to its name. We had a fabulous 10 day relaxing holiday. The villa is like a home from home. The outside space is fantastic, with a lovely pool. I would definitely recommend this villa. Booking the villa was easy and Elaine answered all my queries almost immediately. She arranged a late checkout which really helped as we had a late flight back. We enjoyed it so much we are going back in May. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.

“Paradise Point really is a little slice of Paradise!”

Reviewed 2 Nov 2014

We have just stayed for our second fortnight at Paradise Point and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is immaculate throughout and extremely well-equipped. The poolside area is just perfect, complete with a shade under the Pagoda for anyone wanting a rest from the sun. It was lovely having comfortable sun loungers at the poolside and really is the perfect place to relax. The table tennis table and Wii were great attractions for our son. Elaine (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful organising our stay and keeping in touch. Jacky and Will were super when they came with fresh laundry half-way through our stay. We cannot recommend the villa highly enough and hope to return for a third stay in the future.

“Lovely, spacious villa which is very well equipped and suitable for both couples and families.”

Reviewed 1 Jun 2013

We booked Paradise Point for our first holiday with our 9month old daughter. The villa is in a great location with a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a 15 minute walk to a bus stop which will take you into the busier town of Protaras which has a wider selection of bars and restaurants. We stayed at the villa for one week and found that the selection of bars and restaurants nearby was ample for our needs. The villa is very well equipped which is ideal when travelling with children. There is everything you need in the kitchen including plenty of plates, pots, pans, glasses and even ice lolly makers!! Also within the villa there is a Nintendo Wii, a range of DVDs and books. The bedrooms have a good amount of storage and the 2 en-suites are very nice. The outside space at the villa is very spacious. Outside there is a range of seating areas, four sun loungers and table tennis. The gazebo area is perfect for sitting out in the evening or for some shade during the day. This area was also perfect for our daughter - we took a small paddling pool for her and put it under the gazebo so she could keep cool in the water whilst being out of the sun. The outside BBQ was also great. This villa was the nicest and best equipped villa that we have stayed in.

“The perfect villa!”

Reviewed 19 Oct 2012

This is the 3rd time we have visited this villa and I'm sure we'll be back again. Inside you'll find everything you need for a perfect break, outside the pool is larger than most and the outside space is huge. Plenty of decent places to eat within walking distance make it the ideal holiday spot.

“Luxury home from home”

A fabulous villa with all the home comforts. Exceptional out door space, with a larger than average sized pool. A must for families and friends wanting a relaxing summer holiday with everything you need on your doorstep and without being too commercialised.

This villa is in a good location with a beach, restaurants & bars on the doorstep. The grounds are beautiful with a private pool and a fantastic pergoda which is great to escape the sun. Extras are a bonus like the barbeque, table tennis table and sunbeds. No getting up early to reserve your sunbeds here!! The pool area & all the grounds for that matter are lit up at night so if you wanted to stay in with a bottle of wine you can just enjoy the peace & quiet just listening to the crickets. The villa inside is home from home. Everything you could want is there. Washing machine, dishwasher (I had my own in my husband) so didn't actually use it, microwave etc.Iron & ironing board. If you wanted to stay in there are DVD's to borrow & just about every channel on TV. Also a wii you can use. Air con is a must in Cyprus at most times of the year & is included as long as you do not go overboard with it. All in all a beautiful villa. A must is you are looking for this type of accommodation. Definitely would recommend
