This 3 bedroom villa situated in a quiet cul de sac is ideal for families, young and senior alike. While it is peaceful and quiet, you are only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the lively centre of Protaras with its array of bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the famous Figtree Bay beach. the villa is fully airconditioned it has one bedroom on the ground floor with easy access to the downstairs shower and toilet ,the two bedrooms upstairs both have patio doors leading to a spacious balcony . The main bedroom also has a patio doors that open onto a Juliet balcony .the lounge/dinning/kithchen area is spacious and open plan with patio doors leading onto a patio where you can dip into our large 8mt x 4mt private swimming pool.there is a pergola outside the patio and three very large umbrellas , six sun loungers and plenty of sunbathing areas. there is a secure driveway for off road parking .there is a barbecue area complete with a fixed barbecue No car needed, but for the more adventurous who wish to hire a car, Pernera, Greko Bay, Ayia Napa, Larnaca and Nicosia are all within easy reach. THIS VILLA WILL NOT DISAPPOINT SO PLEASE BOOK AS SOON AS POSIBLE TO SAVE DISAPOINTMENT

The villa is furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the villa is air conditioned throughout. There is satellite TV, CD and DVD players, books, cards and DVDs.the villa offers spacious home from home comfort and is ideal for a self catering holiday .Bed linen and towels are provided. For guests staying 2 weeks bed linen is changed free, WE OFFER A MIDWEEK CLEAN IF REQUIRED AT A NOMINAL CHARGE

Getting around

The main strip at Protaras is within easy walking distance , but you can easily hire cars, beach buggies , quad bikes , or go on the many open bus tours that have become quite popular now , and don't forget the amazing boat trips available both in the daytime and for the romantic one a beautiful sunset voyage

Sam and Lee are our team living in Protaras who look after and help our guests to have a really enjoyable stay at Artemis , our introduction book has all phone numbers should they be needed , also Sam will pop in after our guests have settled in to introduce herself.

“Excellent combination of quality and price”

I with my family (wife, little son, my parents) stayed in Artemis Villa 2 from 7 september 2017 till 18 september. I can say that this is excellent place. All matches photos on the site. 3 good bedrooms, so the child got a huge bed, but he is only 1.2 years old... Location of the villa is very good - everything is near. There is one moment - the noise from Kavo Gkreko road. But it's not hard. And I think that it can be heared from any other villa in Protaras. Also you can close the windows and there is no noise. The pool is perfect! It was so nice to jump in to the pool after a day trip to tne mountains. If you take a car you can place at the villa's territory. The best time - is in the morning. When the weather is not so hot. You make a coffee and go to the terrace. Also want to say thanks words to Alan and Samantha. All was perfect. Thanks for blender for my son. For the high chair and the bed. I hope I'll come back next year. Greetings from Russia!

“Amazing holiday”

We stayed in a beautiful Villa about 10 minute walk to the strip/beach in Protaras, there are a number of shops/restaurants on the walk to the strip, no need for a car but we hired one as we like to drive out to Cape Greco where the pirate ship sails out to, and we watch everyone jumping out and having a swim, beautiful views. We also went to Nappa, it cost 2.50 euros per person each way which is quite cheap, Nappa st night is defo worth a visit. Overall we all had a lovely holiday and would go back again.

Lovely spacious Villa with all that you would need for the perfect stay, pool was a great size and enjoyed by all. Good location with shopping nearby, Alan and his team could not of been more friendly and helpful, we will be recommending and look forward to staying again :)

“Brilliant villa!!”

We recently returned from 10 days in this lovely villa in protaras! Been there 7 years running so must be good!! The villa is set in a perfect location, close to the beach, strip and all local shops but set far enough away you don't get the noise of the bars! The pool is a massive bonus as Cyprus does get hot and having the option to have a dip after some sunbathing is ideal! We took someone new to the villa this year and they loved it too, will be recommending this villa again and will look forward to our next visit!

We had the most fantastic holiday. The children loved having their own pool. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The villa is in a lovely street and is so quiet but not too far from everything.

How do damage deposits work?

If Alan and Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
