** Awarded Certificate of Excellence 2019 ** This exquisite villa with free internet/wifi is located in an exclusive area, a short walk from the centre of Protaras and the beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac of only 6 villas surrounded by trees and open fields. Situated at the foot of St Elias church which is lit up in the evening and is a spectacular sight. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, ideal for easy access with a shower room and two further bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have patio doors leading onto a large shared balcony. One of the bedrooms also has patio doors leading onto a second juliet balcony. The living/dining/kitchen areas are spacious and open plan with patio doors leading to a shaded veranda and a 4 x 8m swimming pool. There is an outside utility room, pool shower and barbeque area. There is also a driveway for offroad parking. The villa is set in large grounds with colourful gardens. Outside shaded lounge area for relaxing and ample sun bathing space which includes a day bed. It is completely enclosed providing privacy and safety. WIFI, UK TV available.

The local buses run 24 hours during the peak season and go into Paralimni and Ayia Napa. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Day trips can be also be arranged to the water park in Ayia Napa and the ghost town of Famagusta. Airport transfers and cheap car hire can also be arranged via the owner.

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful property with our twins aged 11. Villa and gardens are superb with a large and wonderful pool. We had to drag ourselves away to see some of the sights and, overall, spent most of our time around the pool, BBQ and spending some family time together. Thanks to Donna for making it such an easy stay- any issues were resolved without disruption. Great location in quiet area yet only 5 minutes from Protaras main strip. Would come back in a heartbeat.

How do damage deposits work?

If Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
