This 3 bed family detached villa in the heart of protaras and only a short stroll to the famous fig tree bay beach. The villa is situated in the popular cul de sac of mandali villas. On your door step you will find a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

The villa consists of large lounge, dining room, large fitted kitchen, downstairs wc, 3 double bedrooms all with fitted furniture, family bathroom and balcony.All rooms are fully air conditioned. Newly added pool table, b32" flat screen tv, cd player with ipod dock and ps2. The outside is the best feature of this villa boasting a large private garden with tropical plants flowers and a large 9x4 swimming pool with outside shower and gas bbq. There is a rattan sofa and coffee table set, dining table and chairs for 8 people along with sun loungers for all the family. The garden is completly closed in for privacy and saftey for your children.

villa very spacious some furnishings a little tired, nice location beautiful beaches great nightlife & some excellent restaurants I would certainly recommend Molti & Sonja restaurants the food was lovely. unfortunately the website is in need of an update, no pool table, no well kept tropical garden , no laundry change although it did say on the agenda that there was if staying for two weeks. rather disappointed that someone had been allowed to book the same day as I was vacating therefore I had to be out for 12.00pm,(in a previous phone call I was told we could stay in the pool area until our airport pick up at 7.30pm ), If we had not got a relative on vacation at the same time we would have had nowhere to go for 7.5 hours fortunately they let us use their property to shower etc The TV did not work for the whole was resolved after we left. I was asked to pay to have the car cleaned & told if I wanted a laundry change I could of paid for that also. This is my first time booking a villa. next time I would be more cautious as to what I book.

Owner's reply: Hi sorry to hear of the few issues you had when on the whole have excellent reviews TV was working and the manual was in the draw , linen change was a mistake by having new cleaners but yes at a cost that can be done , I always speak to my bookings and let them know there no longer is a pool table so am sorry you thought there was . 6 euros for a car clean is very cheep in Cyprus so that whoever uses it next is nice and clean for them .

“Perfect villa”

Just returned from our 2 week holiday. Amazing villa everything and more you could ever need is all in the villa. Pool / garden area is fantastic kids and ourselves loved it. It's in the perfect location if you fancy walking into town for a meal and drink Luna park short walk away and our 4 year old loved it there. Sheree is such a lovely lady and done so much for us even sorted out our transfers Paul who came to get us is a very lovely guy we all chatted all the way to the villa. We couldn't have thanked Sheree enough. We love Cyprus so much and now finding the villa we are definitely going to be coming back. Already looking at flights for next year.

Well equiped villa in great location closeby to central Protaras and taxi ride to Ayia Napa which the teenagers loved. Excellent communication and assistance from owners. Would recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
