Rent holiday Luxury Villa 114 Is perfectly located in a private and quiet complex close to the sea.  The white painted balustrade, iron gates and large front patio area gives the villa a very grand, opulent feel.  The sound of the early evening breeze and rolling waves takes you to a world of tranquility and relaxation.

At the back of the house the spacious patio area is the perfect place to soak up the sun and take in the peaceful surroundings.  In the middle of the patio is a large crystal clear swimming pool, the best place to cool off of on those hot summer days.  The Cypriot BBQ enables you to cook like the locals and a beautiful outside dining area provides you with the ability to live like the locals, eating al fresco on a daily basis and making the most of the glorious weather.

Inside the ground floor offers an open plan living space with cream, wooden furnishings and purple accessories being the scheme throughout.  The entire space feels warm, cozy and extremely inviting.  There is ample room for everyone to unwind on the cream leather sofas.  The kitchen area has all the amenities you would expect including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, filter coffee maker and water dispenser.

Also on this floor is one double bedroom and a downstairs bathroom complete with a hand basin, WC and shower enclosure.  This is ideal for guests who have trouble with the stairs or who just want to be that little bit closer to the pool!

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin.  There is also a family bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower over bath.  One double and twin bedroom share a good sized balcony.  The tall palm trees surrounding create a very romantic, enticing and secluded hide away.

This villa offers you the opportunity to relax into a summer dream, leaving your cares behind you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
