NEW FOR 2011 SEASON we have a selection of 2 and 3 bedroomed duplex LINK-DETACHED VILLAS available IN THE BEST LOCATION IN PROTARAS.The accomadation is a 10 metre walk to beach and are located adjacent to the anna marie resturant in the heart of PROTARAS.The duplex are furnished to an exceptionally high standard with every conceivable extra provided.Families are especially welcomed to these fantastic homes.A walk way through to the popular resort of Pernera is located by this accomadation.Although this complex has no pool there is one planned for the summer season 2012 but hey who needs a pool when you have the beach and fantastic views from this amazing accomadation!!!!!!Clients young and old will fall in love with this accomadation and return year after year

This is a 3 bedroomed fantastically located TOWNHOUSE.The interior is well designed and spacious ,to the ground floor you have a large open-plan lounge,dining area and a fantastic and spacious fully fitted kitchen.There is also a downstairs cloakroom with washbasin and toilet.This town house has been expensively furnished and would be your dream accomadation.To the first floor you have 3 double bedrooms all fully furnished and fitted with wall to wall wardrobes.The family bathroom is also located on this level.
There is also a small upstairs kitchen provided.

TO appreciate this townhouse you have to firstly appreciate the location.Were ever you are you are looking at the beautiful white sandy beach of PROTARAS and the fantastic views ot the sea.Off the lounge is the outside downstairs patio area fully furnished with outdoor tables and chairs and sunloungers.There is a large grass area off the patio area which is for the sole use of our guests.Children will love the grass area.To the upstairs is a large verandah and balcony area with spectactular views of the surrounding area [hence the reason for upstairs kitchen] You can not FAIL to enjoy this fantastic townhouse and its central position.
