Description

This beautiful spacious villa, No.5 Eliana, is on the quiet cul de sac 'Artemis Villas'. It is an ideal location for either a group holiday with friends or for a family trip. With three double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and an open plan living area with all the mod cons, you can either stay in and enjoy the private pool or take a stroll to the nearby beaches (you may want to drive however if in peak season due to the heat!), it's a 10 minute walk to the main street in Protaras, depending on your pace.

The area has the best beaches in the south of the island and is near to the villages Paralimni and Dherynia, where you can enjoy an authentic Cypriot meal (please ask for recommendations) for a lower price than the tourist area. Nearer to the villa is the buzzing main street of Protaras which you can walk to and this is full of bars, restaurants and entertainment parks for children. If you're brave enough you can sample the nightlife of the famous Ayia Napa, which is a 15 minute drive away.

Following booking confirmation, and full payment of the holiday rental we are happy to provide the detaila of a very reliable taxi driver who runs our airport taxi service from larnaca airport to the villa. We strongly advise that you book the taxi driver we recommend as he knows the area and our villa well. If you are catching a taxi from the airport please take along our detailed directions provided in the guide so as to avoid the driver getting lost and delaying your holiday!

Please note that the minimum stay is 5 nights, or 4 nights during the off-peak season.

If you want to explore a car is needed. Also in peak season it may be way too hot to walk to the beach, so do be mindful of this.

As we the owners are not based in Cyprus, we have a local agent called Katie, from Spot On Villas. She will be in touch before your arrival via email or text, and will greet you at the villa if you arrive during the day. Late check-ins are self check-ins and you will be provided with the key safe code prior to arrival. Katie is on hand for any questions about the house, any emergencies and queries on how to get to the villa i.e car rentals / taxis / directions

“An excellent holiday villa”

Well, we head off home later today, after two great weeks in this villa. Having stayed in many types of accommodation in and around protaras, I can honestly say, this has been my favourite. The location is perfect, approx 15 minutes to the strip. The villa is well maintained, and had everything we wanted. Maybe some sky tv channels would be a bonus... the outdoor area is perfect, as is the pool. At any point of the day, you can find either shade or sun. The balcony with its filled in roof, was great for a morning cuppa. I can highly recommended this villa to anyone who is looking.... oh, and we even made a friend of the local cat...

A fantastic property whose immediate surroundings are halcyonic and, yet, only about a 10 minute walk from the beach and the quietly bustling Protaras. Ideally located to provide the best of both worlds. It was spotless with all mod cons and the swimming pool was a real added bonus at the height of summer. A great place to spend a holiday and I would highly recommend it with no hesitation.

We spent 1 week at this great house, and you can't ask for much more. A very clean and spacious house with its own pool. It was ideal for the relaxing holiday we were looking for. We chilled out by the pool most days, and all the amenities necessary were within 10mins.
