Beautiful 4 bedroom private villa with pool in the centre of Protaras, furnished to a very high standard. One of 4 villas on the same complex perfect for weddings or family holidays. Free Wi-Fi

These fabulous 4 bedroom detached villas (we have 4 all next door to each other, perfect for weddings and large family holidays) are only a 5 minute walk the heart of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay.

Set in a peaceful location, but within easy reach of all the bars, restaurants, beaches, shops and supermarkets.

All these villas have been lovingly furnished with high quality furnishings and come fully equipped for all you could possibly need to make your holiday a perfect one! Free Wi-fi and wide screen TV with international satellite system including Greek, English and Russian channels.

There are 3 stunning bedrooms on the 1st floor which offer ample wardrobe space and all have air conditioning units for your comfort during the hot summer months. The master double bedroom comes with en-suite facilities, and there are 2 additional twin rooms. You will also find a luxurious family bathroom complete with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double bed. Also on the ground floor you will find a family shower room.

All the villas are fully enclosed and gated so private and safe. In the rear of the garden you will find a fabulous large over flow swimming pool and around this are comfortable sun beds with a patio area offering dining table and chairs and umbrella, to the side is a BBQ and sink area, perfect setting to relax and soak up the sun or dine Al Fresco.

Secure off road parking is available.

Protaras

Located on the south east coast of Cyprus you will find Protaras. This lively resort is a popular holiday destination that boasts a fabulous selection of beaches and splendid year round weather. Family orientated and popular with couples, Protaras offers a variety of hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manner of holidaymakers. You can choose from many different types of cuisine, Greek mezi, Italian, Indian, Chinese, English and many more. From plain food to fancy, everything is available and at for a reasonable cost.

For the more adventurous, Protaras has a wide range of water sports from jet skis, bob cats, undersea walking, banana boats and many more. For the younger people, try your hand at pottery making, crazy golf or simply having fun in one of the many childrens play areas. All of the resorts have lots of shops, bars, restaurants.

Pernera

Situated on the northern outskirts of Protaras, is Pernera. A small coastal resort popular with couples and families seeking a holiday destination away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa and Protaras. Ideal for beach holidays, Pernera is less than 1km from three small sandy beaches that are quieter and less crowded than their shoreline counterparts in Protaras. The centre of Pernera has a selection of shops, cafés, bars, restaurants and a small but active harbour from where boat trips can be taken. Regular bus services are also available from the centre of the resort, offering transport to the livelier areas such as Protaras and Paralimni. There are many supermarkets dotted about for those who are in self catering accommodation. Car hire is not essential here as everything you need is within walking distance.

Anemoni 11 is situated on a small new development within very easy walking distance from the Protaras horseshoe and fig tree bay. It is also only two minutes walk from an excellent supermarket. Despite this close proximity to the hustle and bustle of Protaras the villa retains a feeling of tranquility with the hills as a backdrop. The facilities are first rate and everything is in first class condition. We travelled as a party of 6, covering 3 generations of the family, but young and old alike really enjoyed the facilities the villa offered. The villa manager and owner were very helpful and made themselves available whilst not being intrusive. On the first day we noted a problem with one of the pool side sun beds, we reported it to the manager and within a couple of hours the owner had provided a new one. This was very impressive service. We would definitely stay at this villa again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
