Sommer-Villa is located on the exclusive Mediterranean coast and is just a few minutes walk from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, couples and friends. This stunning villa on the Protaras coast is the ultimate holiday getaway. The villa benefits from its own private pool if you are searching for privacy, relaxation or poolside sunbathing - yet it is only minutes away from all amenities. The villa is central to Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. This part of the island is unspoilt yet well connected which guarantees a fabulous holiday or vacation.Sommer-Villa is a stunning 2 bedroomed detached property set within a small, secluded, private development .The ground floor is open-plan with Italian marble floor tiles throughout for coolness. It consists of: Kitchen, Dining room, Lounge/Sitting room and downstairs Toilet. It is very comfortable with luxury designer furnishings.Three sets of Patio doors open out to the swimming pool and garden area.The Italian marble spiral staircase takes you to the upper level, where the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom and shower is located. The Master bedroom comes complete with en-suite and shower. Both bedrooms have balconies with fantastic views. Air Conditioning is also installed.Safe - a built in combination safe is installed for your valuables.Outside you will find there is parking for up to two cars off road.The rear of the property is fully enclosed and in the evenings outside lights illuminate the pool, patio and terrace making it ideal for socialising and relaxing well into the night.The pool is inspected twice a week to ensure it is kept at its best - crystal clear.We adopt a non smoking policy inside Sommer-Villa to benefit all guests.

Stunning 2 bedroom spacious villa, with perfect pool and surroundings. Close to all the amenities in and around Protaras and only a 10 minute drive to Aya Napa should you wish to go. So best of both worlds Kim the owner is fantastic with communications, no question goes missed. Looking forward to going back again next year! Definitely a 5 star plus!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kimberley (the owner) a message.

If Kimberley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
