Set in the hill beneath a traditional church this quaint apartment literally kisses the rock of St. Elias... hence the name! Conveniently located at the base of the hill, meaning that you do not have far to climb, the apartment is just a short stroll from restaurants, shops and bars and a long sandy stretch of stunning beaches.

Crystal clear water caress golden sands worthy of a long-haul destination, without the hefty price tag or the jet lag! Just over 4 hours flying time from the UK, Cyprus has everything you need for a wonderful holiday and something to offer everyone. There is nothing more idyllic than this beautiful island.

Relaxation comes as standard and for those more adventurous types there are many historical areas to visit in order to experience the real Cyprus - from mountains and remote villages to museums.

Kissing Rock Apartment is the perfect base for your holiday in the sun! And with sunshine almost 365 days a year this is a year-round destination, reaching its peak during the balmy months of July & August.

Getting around

There are buses that run locally from the bottom of the road to take you to large supermarkets, the neighboring town of Ayia Napa and most of the local area. They are inexpensive and have a regular timetable. We have a local contact for car hire. If you require any further details, please contact us and we are happy to get you a quote.

Interaction with guest

On arrival we will meet you and hand over the keys. As part of this we normally show you around the apartment and ask if there is anything that you would like to know. We offer our contact details in case you need anything during your stay and then leave you to enjoy your holiday! We can provide as much or as little assistance as needed, its up to you...

We don't have any house rules except have a great holiday! Please respect the apartment and treat it with love. The only thing we do ask is that the key fob for the air conditioning is not removed from the keys. This ensures that electricity is not wasted by leaving the air conditioning on while you are out. This helps us keep our prices as low as possible and protects the environment! Thanks so much.

What a fabulous little gem we found it this well equip, centrally located apartment. Beautiful views of st Elias church at the back of the property and the sea at the front. Just a quick 10 minute walk to the Protaras main strip and beach or a 10 minute drive to a smaller more secluded beach at Agia Trios. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and had all mod cons. Both bedrooms had aircon and the living area had a lovely big ceiling fan. A lovely sized balcony at the front has a table and chairs, and a nice big gas bbq. Pat and Greg were totally lovely, they kept in contact and met us when we arrived in the evening and even supplied us with a few essentials to get us going. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as long as Pat and Greg will have us.

Our 3rd stay at this apartment and we just love it, Pat and Greg are the most friendliest people you could ever meet, on Tuesday 11th October it was our 41st wedding anniversary whilst we were deciding what we should do for the day the door bell rang it was Greg he totally surprised us drove us to there Villa for a drink then drove us to the Ghost town Farmagusta for a close look then onto Farmagusta beach for a swim what a fantastic surprise and made our special day complete so a BIG public thank you to both Pat & Greg for that lovely surprise and we will continue visiting Kissing Rock for hopefully many years..........Yamas ("στην υγειά μας")

“Fantastic holiday let in an ideal location”

Pat & Greg have done a great job and taken care of every detail to ensure your stay here is trouble free, everything from a toastie maker to water chiller to a BBQ on balcony is provided, it cost 1 euro to fill the water chiller (20ltrs) so cheaper than bottled, we bought one bottle and just refilled when we went out. 5 minutes walk to the main Protaras strip where you can take your pick of the many restaurants and bars our favourite was Bells Cocktail Bar not the cheapest but most certainly the liveliest. To summerise this apartment has everything you need to ensure you have a great time with Pat & Greg only a phone call away........Many thanks for providing such an ideal apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
