Beautiful one bedroom, second floor apartment, with pool and mountain views and private balcony. Features include fitted Italian style kitchen, air-conditioning and private parking. Two pools within landscaped terraces. Spa facilities include sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, treatments and full gym. (local charges apply). Aroma Cafe, offering drinks and snacks throughout the day.

This contemporary, air-conditioned one bedroom apartment is on the second floor of the Mountain View block. Ideal for couples or families, the apartment comfortably sleeps 3-4 people and provides quality accommodation by the Mediterranean shores of Protaras.

Situated overlooking a picturesque rocky Bay, where the warm, shallow waters are ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Fig Tree Bay is a ten minute walk around the scenic headland, along with all the restaurants and nightlife Protaras has to offer.

The apartment is 40km from Larnaca airport, which is approximately 45 minutes drive.

The main door of this modern apartment opens into the open plan living/dining area, with dining seating for four people, and a corner sofa bed, which coverts into a large size double bed. A 32" Sharp LCD TV is provided, along with blu-ray player, featuring Android TV box with British, Greek and Russian channels. Full width patio doors open onto the balcony, with table and chairs provided to enjoy an evening drink, or alfresco breakfast.

The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cooker and hob, and large fridge freezer.

A washing machine is housed within an alcove leading to the stylish tiled shower room, with smart white sanitary-ware, and chrome fittings.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and ample wardrobe storage, with document safe built in.

A 26" Sony LCD TV is mounted on the wall, along with DVD player. (Several WiFi enabled UK streaming devices work with both TVs, including Firestick and NOW TV.) There is also a vanity mirror, and two hairdryers for your convenience, along with iron and ironing board.

All towels and bed linen is provided, and there is no additional charge for air conditioning.

Getting around

The nearest bus stop is a short walk away on the main road, providing easy access to nearby Ayia Napa, and Paralimni. Several car hire outlets are also located nearby. All amenities Protaras has to offer are within easy walking distance, including Fig Tree Bay, and several other fantastic beaches.

Interaction with guest

After booking, all details will be passed to our property manager, who will provide full arrival information. Airport transfers can also be arranged from Larnaca Airport, direct to Coralli Spa Resort. Costs provided on request. Cots/high chairs etc. can be hired for the duration of your stay. Please enquire at time of booking. Free WIFI is now provided for your use. Full details can be found in the apartment. Our property manager, Gary, is on hand 24/7 for any queries or issues which may arise during your stay. We can also be contacted directly in the event of emergencies at any time. Apartment will be cleaned and prepared for arrival, and on departure. If you require any further cleaning, this can be arranged at an extra cost.

We stayed in the B201 Very impressed very clean and tidy everything you could possibly need for your stay Balcony overlooking the pool Situated so conviently to be able to visit other areas of the island Bus routes very reliable Car hire - haggle for a good deal All in we had an amazing honeymoon 10 min walk to the strip We will be hopefully returning

“Spotless, modern apartment”

The apartment is modern and spotless, with great facilities including use of the complex's two pools. We really enjoyed our stay there and the apartment is ideally located just a short walk away from the main street in Protaras, Fig Tree Bay and the local bus stop for those who wish to venture further afield!

we just came back from our lovely holiday and were absolutely happy to stay in Coralli Spa. Modern designed apartment equipped with everything you need for relax and comfortable stay . Coralli locate in a quite picturesque place very close to the beach, restaurants and shops, just 10 min walk. Great thanks to Andy and Vikki we thoroughly enjoyed to stay here and dream to return next June) And our kind regards to Gary

“Excellent apartment in great location”

We recently stayed in apartment 201 in the B block at Coralli Spa. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated and very clean. It was also very reasonably priced. It is located about a 10 minute walk from the start of the "strip" where all the bars and restaurants are located, and about the same distance to Fig Tree Bay. The owners arranged our transfers to and from the airport, and we were picked up by the English apartment manager who was extremely helpful and pointed out various attractions and facilities on the way to the apartment. Basic groceries (tea, coffee, bread, butter, water, juice and biscuits) were provided in the apartment when we arrived. My husband was celebrating a birthday while we were there and, at my request, the owners and the local manager provided a birthday cake on the appropriate day which was absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was that we were not in the A block which overlooks the main pool which I felt was a nicer view, but this did not detract from the holiday, and we were still able to use the main pool area which was lovely and, at this time of year, very quiet. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, and would certainly stay there again if we return to Cyprus in the future.

Block B does have it's advantages over Block A; sunshine all afternoon, until the sun sets over the mountains is a major bonus to us, as well as overlooking the quieter pool area, which was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment. “Great private rental in good location”

This was a great apartment in an ideal location. Not too far away from the strip where all restaurants and bars are. And also close to the beach. We found that the cheapest supermarket to the apartment was on main road, called Discount 10 which stocked many british lines.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vikki & Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
