This contemporary one bedroomed south-facing first floor apartment has partial sea views and private balcony; with all the facilities you would expect from a luxury development. It is located in the Mountain View Block of the complex situated to the rear of the Med view block. Coralli Spa is one complex comprised of two blocks with shared facilities and is positioned enviably next to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. B103 has partial sea views and views of the local villas.

“Perfect for what we were looking for!!!”
The location was great as it was only a short walk to the main strip, where you had a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. There are a few sandy beaches a short distance away but they were a bit too busy for us, so we tended to stay around the pools at the Coralli Spa Resort, mainly the pool behind Block B as it was quieter, only really going across to the other pool for a light lunch and drinks (not a huge menu, but adequate for us, would recommend the cocktails and iced drinks, very nice!!!!) We would also recommend trying out some of the treatments at the Spa, we had the His and Hers, it was 100 minutes of total relaxation, not to mention a bottle of prosecco and a huge selection of fresh fruit while enjoying sitting in a hot tub at the end.Great Value to!! We would also like to say how friendly and nice the staff were at Coralli Spa Resort. Also we would recommend booking for transfers to and from the Airport , if you weren't intending to hire a car, as it just makes life a lot easier, and are driver John was very nice and knowledgeable. We had a very nice relaxing holiday and would come back.

“Quiet well equipped Villa”
After looking at numerous self catering apartments in Protaras we decided to enquire into the availability of this apartment for a two week stay, Carol the owner responded promptly and we exchanged emails and spoke on the telephone. We found the price quoted to be very reasonable considering it was high season and Carol to be helpful with any queries we had. Carol also arranged a pick up service to and from the airport for us through Gary who is based near Protaras and on hand throughout the holiday for any problems, although we found everything to be in order. Upon arrival in Protaras, Gary was waiting at the airport to greet us, he drove us to the apartment via the main strip pointing out restaurants and places of interest on route and also stopped at a late night supermarket so we could pick up essentials which was very useful as it was very late when we arrived, this supermarket is located a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need, it has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine plus every utensil you can think of and a lovely complementary bottle of wine chilled in the fridge (thank you Carol!) The bedroom has a full kingside bed which is unusually comfortable for a holiday rental and a full size bathroom, with the added bonus of the balcony having partial sea views and sun first thing on a morning to enjoy breakfast Al fresco. The free air conditioning is also a bonus and we had a cleaner come in mid holiday to change the bedding and towels and clean the apartment, although there are more than enough bath, hand and beach towels to last and also spare bedding is provided. Another added bonus to staying here is this block has its own pool which most days was completely deserted as most holiday makers are in the adjacent block and use the main pool there. The main strip is only a ten minute stroll away and there is a cove a couple of minutes walk in the other direction which is fairly quiet and ideal for snorkelling. Also worth noting is that on the next beach along, Green Bay, is an excellent water sports facility called Aquatour , we booked a guided speedboat safari for €90, there is a maximum of 6 boats plus the lead boat however we were the only ones on this particular trip. You had your own speedboat and followed the lead boat along the coast up to Cape Greco with stops on route to point out local places of interest then 30 minutes snorkelling at Cape Greco and also a stop at the Blue Lagoon again approx 30 minutes for snorkelling , the whole safari lasted around 2.5 hours and was very good value, you can also pay €10 and have photographs taken on route. If you do decide on this trip you can also get a massive discount on the scuba diving beginners dive which is well worth it. Our favourite restaurant whilst there was Olympus, we ate here three times and all were excellent, with the Tornado Steak and Duck a definite must! Also Cheers bar is a great stop off for a cool beer in the hot afternoon sun. All in all a fantastic holiday in a lovely clean spacious apartment which is within walking distance of a great resort, Thanks for a great stay Carol !

“What a great september”
Me and my wife stayed in this brilliant apartment for the whole of September and we had a great time. Carol the owner could not have been more helpful everything was organized and the apartment was fully equipped with everything you needed also she left us a great welcome pack. We were picked up from the airport by Garry and let in the apartment and then taken back when it was time to go all for a very good price. The apartment is in a very good position one of two blocks with a small view of the sea there is also two large and very good swimming pools. It takes about six to seven minutes to walk into town were there are loads of nice restaurants and bars . In the day time you can walk to the beach along the coast it only takes a short time to reach Fig tree bay and the main beach in Protaras .I hope that this review has been a help and can only say again that I fully recommend this apartment and hope to back myself in the future.

“First trip to Cyrus...:-)”
Hi to all travelers ! We stayed in these apartments on 02/05/2014 15.01.15 . Despite the fact that Carol (apartment owner) was very surprised with our choice of place to stay ( in Cyprus at this time of year the off season ) , we had a great time . :-) We would like to know more about the eastern part of Cyprus to come to rest in the summer with a child in 2- 3months . The apartments are equipped with everything needed for a short stay (if staying for a longer period , then I would not be enough different usefull things in the kitchen , as we prefer homemade food ) . The apartment has all the necessary appliances (we are not fans of the TV , so can not say anything about the presented channels ) . The bedroom has a very comfortable bed . We also was provided on request a cot and highchair (free of charge). The living room can also accommodate an additional 2 people , because sofa converts into a double bed . We also took advantage of a shuttle service from the airport for an additional fee (only consider the fact that if you pay a transfer manager and you changed circumstance , the money for the second part of the transfer will not be returned , although it is not firm , but a private service) . The apartment is very centrally located with respect to the famous beach fig palms . The bus stop is just a couple of minutes. Stop itself very symbolic - no driver missed a huge Donkey .. :-) We bought all food in Lidl, but I think that is more easy with this during summer season. Unfortunately, can not say anything about the infrastructure of the complex Coralli Spa as at the time of our visit, promised spa, cafe and gym were closed. Playground for babies very poorly equipped. The complex Coralli Spa is very new, everything was very clean at the time of our visit. Cleaning the complex made regularly. Carol is really great person! She responded very quickly to all my emails, operative resolved the couple of problems and even gave me the book, which I loved. I think she is really nice person and care about clients. The final of our vacation was seriously flawed state of my health. However, even while lying in bed, I enjoyed the tender sun in Cyprus. :-) Unfortunately, I did not choose Cyprus as a country of our summer vacation, but if I ever come back to Cyprus, then I know where it will be very comfortable to stay. ;-)
“Lovely comfortable apartment situated within walking distance to Central Protaras”
This apartment certainly deserves all the positive comments received, furnished to a high standard & situated in an ideal location quiet and peaceful yet only a short walk into central Protaras. The owner Carol was excellent to deal with, she answered all our email enquires promptly and has gone out of her way to add little extras to assist guests to travel lighter including high quality hair dryer, lovely quality bath towels, beach towels & bedding all of which we're changed mid-stay, she also supplies tea towels, cool bags and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is high quality air con units in both the lounge & the bedroom & a safe available for guests at no extra cost. Carol also put us in contact with Gary who arranged our airport transfers & provided us with lots of information about the area. Nothing was too much trouble to Carol or Gary & I would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation to anyone.

“Perfect Break away”
We have just returned from a 1 week break at this apartment and it was not nearly long enough. The apartment was home from home and the meet and greet with gary from the airport was hassle free with a service to your door that was so welcoming. I would definitely return next year and if I hadnt already book a break early next year I wouldnt hesitate. The apartment had everything you could need clean posh sheets and a comfy bed better than my own. Lots of towels to use and a handly washing machine after a day on the beautiful beach about 10 mins walk away. Everything within easy access and not too far from the night life of ayia napa if you wanted it. Carol the owner was very helpful and provides a beautiful place for you to enjoy your break. The complex is perfect clean and well looked after two lovely pools peaceful and beautiful view of the coastline that you can go and explore if you wish too. im sad to be back in the uk and hope to return in the future :)
“Lovely Relaxing Resort in a Perfect Location.”
I have just returned from a 12 day holiday with my husband and 16 year old daughter. We found this complex to be perfectly located, it's a 5 min walk to the main strip which is perfect as you don't get any of the noise and a 5 min walk to the beautiful fig tree bay beach. The apartment is spacious clean and has a nice view of the villas in the area and also a slight sea view. If I was to book again i would also use Gary who was recommended by Carol for the transfer, he was excellent and very reasonably priced, he showed us the resort and with it being a late flight he took us to get some essentials to see us through till morning. There isn't anyone covering the reception so having Gary at the end of the phone was reassuring if we ever needed anyone (not that we did). Would definitely book again Carol was quick and efficient at getting back to us with prices and queries and the price of the apartment was very reasonable for somewhere so modern with a clean pool and excellent relaxing views. Hopefully booking again soon.
“Apartment was perfect and we had a lovely holiday”
Apartment was very clean when we arrived and the welcome pack gave us a great start! The location of the apartment is perfect as it is around 10 minute walk away from Fig tree Bay and all the restaurants and Bars, this meant the apartment was very quiet night and day! All public area on the complex were kept clean and tidy and the pools were always gleaming with plenty of sunbeds. Gary the key holder was brilliant and made everything so easy! All in all I would say it was a great apartment in a perfect location and we will be returning next year.
“Perfect stay for family or couple”
The hotels location is practical, not so far from city center (10 min. on foot only), but silent and comfortable to have a rest. Personnel are polite and helpful. No internet access in the room, but good wi-fi connection in the hotels bar.
“Excellent location. Nice apartment”
Location: 10-15 mins walk to protaras and fig tree bay. A little isolated but no problem for us as we had a car. 5 mins walk from the flat are 2 very nice coves, one of which has a sandy beach which was deserted. It is behind the new Lombardi villas to the right of coralli spa when leaving it towards the sea. Coralli spa Nice block of flats. Mostly empty. During our week 4 flats were occupied in our block and 4-5 in the other block. Therefore only 2-4 people at each pool. Apartment Clean and new apartment. Very nicely decorated and the linen and lots of towels was a nice touch. Welcome pack was good and first time ever there were toilet rolls and 2 dishwasher tablets. The value is good for the apartment. The only criticism I have is the advert does not entirely make it clear where this apartment is. The advert photo of the pool is for the other block of flats. There are 2 blocks. The med view is first line with sea views. This was mountain view block which is behind that block so only has partial sea views from the balcony, which overlooks the road and can be noisy. We were woken at 6-7am daily on weekdays from the road noise. Wifi was not available in our block but is available in the reception of the other block. Would I return? Difficult to say. Very nice apartment. Would have preferred front line in the other block. Was a nice base nonetheless and served us very well.
Owner's reply: Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am puzzled that you experienced any traffic noise as the minor access road to Coralli is just that. It leads to Coralli and nowhere else. Nobody lives there and the complex is too far away from any Cyprus rush hour traffic. In April with as few guests as you indicate staying; the only people around would be maintenance staff perhaps for the spa. I hope this did not detract from the enjoyment of your holiday as a whole. I'm glad that you enjoyed both the location and the quality of the apartment. I genuinely wish for my guests to have the best possible holiday.
