Exclusive sea view apartment (80 m2). Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, veranda, storage room and garage. Fully air-conditioned. Large common swimming pool in a big garden setting and private balcony. Ideal for families and couples. Sleeps 4 persons or 5 if the 5th person sleeps in the living room on a extra bed. On second floor corner apartment.Prime location on Fig Tree Bay. Exclusively furnished in contemporary style with off white leather coach and red leather lounger to enjoy the sparkling Mediterranean sea. Dining area with round glass table and 6 orange chair and Kartell orange lamp. The two bedrooms are decorated with contemporary designed queen-size metal beds. Both bathroom with showers, Italian sanitary furniture and beige, dark brown metallic tiles.We also have another apartment next to it on the same floor. It is the same size, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living and dining area with kitchen, sleeps 5 people. If you want to spend your holidays with a bigger group of people and with another family, it is an ideal set up. Please ask for photos if you are interested. “Excellent apartment in a great location”

This was a spacious, well planned, tasteful and immaculately clean apartment. The air conditioning brought a welcome relief from the hot summer temperatures and evening humidity. The view of the sea is stunning and all rooms were a good size. There was plenty of wardrobe space and a fully functioning kitchen with washing machine : saves bringing home too much holiday laundry. There always seemed to be spare sunbeds around the pool so there was no real rush to secure a space by the pool which was very well maintained. There were two beaches literally minutes walk from either side of the apartment but they appear to be very busy in the summer months. There was a wide range of water sport activities ranging from relaxing to daring. There were several restaurants / cafe's on the sea front to chose from and the main street with numerous bars, restaurants and shops was within easy access and lively and well spirited in the evenings. Although close to the apartment, the sounds from the busy main street at night did not really travel as far as the apartment. The booking process was smooth and the owner was friendly, helpful and available for advice if required. Fig Tree Bay can be as relaxing or lively as you want it to be due to the choices of locations and activities in the area. This felt like a very safe, family oriented place with no noticeable crime or trouble and is suitable for all ages. I travelled with my partner, his 17 year old daughter and my 12 year old daughter and there were plenty of activities and entertainment to satisfy all of us. Although we loved the apartment, our one small annoyance was the hard mattresses on the beds (although some may prefer that) along with the fact that one of the beds had very noisy creaks to the extent that if one of us moved during the night it would wake the other. This by no means affected our enjoyment of this fabulous apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone considering booking it.
