Beautiful second floor partially sea view apartment (80 m2). Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two verandas and garage. Fully air-conditioned. Large common swimming pool in a big garden setting and private balconies. Ideal for families and couples. Sleeps 4 persons or 5 if the 5th person sleeps in the living room on a extra bed.Prime location on Fig Tree Bay. Exclusively furnished in contemporary style with brown 3-seater coach, 2-seater and chair. Dining area with round glass table and 6 orange chair. The two bedrooms are decorated in contemporary designed, one with a queen size wooden bed, the other bedroom with two single beds. On suite bathroom with shower. Main bathroom with bathtub.We also have another apartment next to it on the same floor. It is the same size, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, living and dining area with kitchen, sleeps 5 people. If you want to spend your holidays with a bigger group of people and with another family, it is an ideal set up. Please ask for photos if you are interested. The same renting rates apply. Minimum stay: 2 nights

Myself and 3 friends have just returned from a weeks stay at this apartment, great location near to beach, bars and numerous restaurants but lovely and quiet. Biggest disappointment sadly was the pool had no water ! , no sun beds or parasols as shown in the photos, I am sure this will soon be sorted but I have to say there was little sign of activity during our weeks stay which was a real shame as these are very nice apartments in an excellent location. Sabine booked our taxi transfer which was completely problem free.
If it's top location in Protaras/Figtree Bay, then this is it! The apartment is in a modern block and was on the second floor with lift available. Fully air-conditioned and a well equiped kitchen. The Owner, Sabine, was very helpful and the cleaning Staff were a nice English couple. The view overlooking the pool and beach was fabulous and with a very good resaurant next door (Anemos), which we used on several nights had great food and good prices. The main street, about 150 meters behind the apartment was absolutely jam packed with great resaurants and pubs. Most of the pubs had free "tribute" entertainers which we enjoyed very much but no noise was heard in the apartment. A local bus service went to Ayia Napa regularly. All in all, a very good place to stay in this area. Thanks Sabine!
“Definitely hire this property !”
I have recently returned from Cyprus with my wife and 2 friends after a most wonderful holiday. An important aspect of holiday to me is the accomodation. This property is situated in a fantastic location and although a busy resort ,the peace and quiet we found just yards from the main resort was wonderful. The accomodation when we arrived was immaculately clean, fresh and the owner had left a welcome arrival pack which was greatly appreciated.We unfortunately could only saty for 9 days but even so the bedding and towels were changed and the apartment cleaned for us midway throught the holiday. The aprtment was very well equipped and we sought for nothing. The owner arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport , was in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was ok and adopts an extremely friendly and professional approach to hiring the apartment. If you are looking for an apartment in Protaras, or specifically Fig Tree Bay look no further ..... Book this one !!!! Graham May 2012

“Could not have stayed anywhere better!”
I booked this holiday after stumbling across it on a holiday home rental website. The owner Sabine was great, she answered every question and enquiry promptly, she was in regular contact with myself and she even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport. When we arrived the appartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had visited Protaras before and was thrilled to be staying in a nice appartment looking out on to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. It is only a few minutes walk to get to the main strip of shops, restuarants and bars which was perfect for us. My family and I went for a week of relaxation and sun and we were not disappointed . We pretty much had the pool to ourselves and with just a few moments walk to actually get on the beach, we had the best of both worlds. Sabine visited us during our stay to make sure we were all okay, it was lovely to put a face to the name. I honestly could not fault the appartment or the owner, both were perfect for what we wanted and I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The apartment was of excellent standard, with top quality appliances and furniture. The rooms were spacious and very handy to have two bathrooms. The apartment was air-conditioned throughout as stated. There were no hidden surprises, everything was as described/advertised. Sabine was relaxed, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use Sabine's apartment again if we were to return to Protaras.

Just returned from a family holiday and I can honestly say we had a really fantastic time! Communication with the owner prior to departing for holiday was great and the owner also came to visit us twice during our stay just to see how we were which we really appreciated plus she was available via text if we needed anything. Lovely, lovely lady! Having a four year old and a two year old, we really needed a location that had everything close by. This apartment had it all!! Only yards from the beach, shared pool on site which we had to ourselves the majority of the time (as just going into tourist season), close to 3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries (we bought fresh bread every day), only yards to a childrens playground and an easy drive from the airport (40 mins). The apartment is also next door to a clinic should you need a doctor during your stay and also next door to a great fish restaurant with a good fish meze (Anemos). Only comment I would make about the pool area is that the flooring round the pool does get hot underfoot due to the heat from the sun so you need to have flip flops to hand and sandals for little feet. Some of the flooring also needs to be replaced as has come loose but is by no means dangerous. Childrens pool also needs a few of the little tiles replaced but the whole pool area is kept very clean and tidy and the pool cleaned regularly. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - fridge, freezer, fully equipped kitchen and oven - even a washing machine. All modern appliances. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one with just a shower (big bathroom) and one with bath and shower. Air conditioning was fantastic. If I really had to be picky the only comment I would make is that the bed in the master bedroom was a little on the small side. Would say it was a single and a half rather than a double. With the size of the room you could fit a king bed in there. There also needs to be a mirror in the master bedroom. Minor point but when you need to dry your hair - you needed a rather long lead to stretch from the plug point to be able to see in the bathroom mirror. We had a maid service half way through our stay including a linen change which was great also. I could not recommend this apartment highly enough and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you!
