Stunning one bedroom sea front apartment, located in a quiet bay, yet only a 10-minute walk from the famous Fig Tree Bay and the popular resort of Protaras. Occupying one of the best positions in this apartment complex, with sea views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. Eat in using the fully fitted kitchen or eat out at a wide variety of local restaurants. The apartment can sleep upto 5 people as it has one double bed, a double sofa bed in the lounge, plus a single folding bed if required. The complex has two swimming pools, a children's paddling pool and a tennis court.

A cafe overlooking the main pool offers a range of food and beverages.

The Five Senses Spa is also located on site, providing a wide range of massage and beauty treatments as well as gym facilities.

There is free wifi available in the apartment.

This luxury apartment has a main living area comprising a fully fitted italian style kitchen complete with granite worktops, a full-size oven and hob, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher; a dining area with seating for upto 4 people and a comfortable lounge area with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a DVD player.

For your comfort the area is fully air-conditioned. Large patio doors open out onto a private balcony with stunning sea views.

Погода и вид были прекрасны! Сама квартира не новая, поэтому стены, мебель имеют обшарпанный вид. Нас было четверо и для этой квартиры много. Спальные места: кровать не очень широкая, а на диване продавленном можно спать только одному человеку; самая удобная оказалась раскладушка)) На кухне не хватает посуды, одна кастрюля и одна сковородка, половник отсутствует, даже на море без русского супчика невозможно))) в углах слои пыли, простыни тонкие, застиранные с дырочками... полотенца также застираны. Виды из квартиры многое компенсируют ! Расположена в тихом месте, до пляжей 15-20 минут пешком.

This was the first time we stayed in this complex and enjoyed it very much. Spot on for couples with only a fe minor complaints such as the mattress needs replacing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
