Description

Apartment Martin is a luxury spacious apartment on the brand new Blue River development which is a two minutes walk from the the centre of Pernera and its beaches. This first floor apartment has all the facilities of a Villa but at apartment prices. This spacious property is furnished to a very high standard. There is an open plan lounge with a sofa bed, cloakroom and balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite and balcony and twin bedroom with en suite. The lounge and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The apartment has broadband.

Outside there is a patio area with a 6m x 3m pool. This is shared only with the downstairs apartment, if the downstairs apartment is empty you have to yourself. There is a parking space directly outside of the apartment. For larger groups apartment Martin may be combined with the downstairs apartment. The downstairs apartment may be available if upstairs is full.

Booking periods at the apartment are totally flexible, we do not have a set changeover day. Outside of the Peak season we allow short breaks of less than five days. Throughout the season long stays are available, the longer stay the bigger the discount.

We ask for a 25% deposit at time of booking and the balance be paid six weeks before arrival. Monies can be paid via bank transfer, cheque or credit card via Pay pal.

29 Blue river is a home from home in the sun that can accommodate 4/6 people. It has everything you could want whilst on holiday. The lounge, which has a balcony, is furnished with leather sofas one being a sofa bed. There is a DVD, satellite, a flat screen TVand a broadband connection. The kitchen is well equipped including hob, oven microwave, washing machine and iron with ironing board.. The dining room table will seat six. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, they have large wardrobes giving more than enough storage and the master has a balcony that overlooks the pool.. Both balconies have seating.

Outside there is a patio area with pool which is shared only with the downstairs apartment. Sun loungers are provided. If the downstairs apartment is unoccupied then you have it to your selves. There is a parking space next to the apartment. .

“Location,location location”

Apartment Martin is located close to shops restaurants and the beach all in walking distance less than 200 metres The 2 bed apartment is like home from home.with everything you can think of, they even small childrens toys for the beach! Good size living room/kitchen and spacious bedrooms it was a wonderful place to stay. The pool was clean much need to cool off in the heat. I have recommended this apartment to my friends and wouldnt hesitate to come back if we visit Cyprus again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
