This Mediterranean style apartment is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.

The stylish apartment with modern comfort features a combined living / dining area with fireplace, two bedrooms and a spacious private terrace with a spiral staircase to the shared pool area. Waking up in the bedroom with panoramic windows overlooking the bay is a unique experience.

The apartment is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only seven units we offer upscale amenities, which is like a 5-star requirement.

Price incl. Tourist tax, no additional costs on site.

Getting around

The best way for getting around and exploring the island is by rental car. The is also the best choice to get to our property and to go to shops and restaurants located in Port d'Andratx (approx. 3 km away).

We have a self-check-in service. The apartment is prepared for you by our staff and you can move in after check-in time whenever you want to. Inside the apartment there is an information brochure with all contacts you may need during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
